Had a wonderful time loved the area and the owner of the villa who popped in to tend the pool was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great and very refreshing during the very hot days.
Been to Cyprus before and stayed in the Pathos area this time stayed near Latchi which in our opinion was nicer much more to do and see and the standard of restaurants in the area is outstanding. Mustaukalis in Polis centre is a must and the food unbeatable and very reasonable for price. Four of us including drinks was less than 70 Euro friendly service we went more than once good traditional family run business.
Stayed here for a week in May - it was just lovely. Villa was really clean very well maintained etc. The Priest who owns and maintains the Villa came and introduced himself on the Saturday morning. He cut us roses from his garden and gave us his number if we needed anything. Pool was cleaned and the Villa. This is the sort of place I wouldn't hesitate recommending to friends and family and may just may come back my self!
Polis is a pretty village with narrow streets and casual tavernas. The buildings are made of local, hand cut stone which has gently aged into a soft honey colour. It is the ideal place to meander and enjoy an afternoon drink or evening meal. Prodromos Latchi: is a small hamlet between Latchi and Polis. There is a long sweeping beach and a footpath directly to Latchi. At Latchi you will find a laid back Cypriot village with a sandy beach and waterfront tavernas. Local life focuses on the fishing harbour. The local bars are low key and welcoming.
