This is a ground floor, self contained two bedroom apartment leading out to a private terrace and a large private swimming pool. It has a secluded garden. The apartment has two double bedrooms, lounge, luxurious bathroom and is furnished to a high standard. The pool is private and for sole use of the clients. We are there if you require help in any way. Our clients have all been happy and returned back.

El Rosario was always a favourite of ours as there are only independent villas and no apartments. We love living here as we are close to many amenities but have the joy of living in a tranquil, peaceful urbanisation. A short 10 minute walk down the hill takes you to lovely restaurants, coffee bars, paper shop, bakery, supermarket, hairdressers, laundry and the Royal Tennis Club which offers wonderful tennis facilities, it has full gym, paddle tennis, restaurant, all open to the public. The beach is a comfortable 15-20 minute walk.

What makes this apartment unique

A great plus to our apartment is you are getting the full benefit of staying in a independent villa which offers you privacy and seclusion for half the price of a full villa. The beauty of El Rosario is its cleanliness, the urbanisation also has top security. The difference is waking up to the birds tweeting instead of the hustle and bustle of the beach.

Notes on accommodation: This is a private villa with a ground floor self contained flat which has total private use of the garden and pool. Outside: The apartment has a secluded, private garden and sole use of a swimming pool approximately 10 x 4 metres. The pool is surrounded by beautiful palms and has two sets of patio furniture and sun loungers. The terrace and the garden truly enhances this two-bedroomed apartment, giving your holiday a magical touch. There is also a gas BBQ. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, beach towels and linen are all included. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and after 7 days fresh linen and towels are supplied to you. If you require a extra clean of the apartment there is a charge of €60.

a lovely apartment set in quiet location

we spent an enjoyable 12 days eating, drinking and relaxing around the pool.the apartment was just as shown on website,very clean and well maintained.Gillyan and David made us feel very welcome , at hand for any information but not intrusive.we would book again and recommend to others.a car is a must and there are lots of restaurants within a short drive although there are a couple within walking distance....but down and up an incline

So over whelmed with the size

We picked this area as we we know it and love all the beaches and restaurants around.

We couldn't believe our luck finding a villa at this amazing price. So much outside space my 11 year old son loved the fact he could run around and kick his ball, he loved the freedom of having our own pool.

Gilly and Dave are great hosts didn't interfere with us at all, but are on the end of the phone line if you need them.

Would defiantly stay here again.

Great value for money.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is in very good condition and well kept including the garden and pool areas.

The urbanization is well kept and secure with automated entry system.

Gilly and Dave were more than happy to help with any assistance we needed and provided us with a hire car which enabled us to travel around and visit areas of the costa del sol we had not been to before.

The local shops/restuarants were very nice and provided us with some lovely meals.

All in all we had a very good time and wanted to book for august 2015 which was sadly already booked.

THANKS AGAIN GILLY AND DAVE FOR A LOVELY STAY.

Hope to return one day.

BRILLIANT

My Husband and I had an idealic 16 days at this beautiful apartment! We called it a little bit of heaven.! It is a spotlessly clean very well furnished apartment. Having a pool to ourselves was pure heaven and we even went for a couple of swims at night before we went to bed. What a glorious feeling! We were aware that Sky TV had departed the Costa Del Sol but the Owners have a new system so we could watch ITV and BBC and other English channels. There is fantastic WiFi, so no messing with dongles!! There is a BBQ outside and loads of comfy seating on the veranda when you want to get in from the midday sun.Then there are the 2 loveliest little doggies Monty & Coco who are great company. The Owners Gilly & Dave are not a bit intrusive but you know they are there if you want them. El Rosario is just down the road with a couple of Restaurants. We ate in the Indian Restaurant on the last night and were sorry that we did not discover it earlier as it was one of the best Indian meals we ever had! El Rosario is close to Capopina and Marbella so if you have a car there is a lot to see. (Talk to Dave) All in all FAB-U-LOUS!!!!!!!!!!

Fabulous Villa, perfect for 4 people

We ( 3 GIRLS who enjoy an even mix of relaxing, lots of wine and some nightlife) resigned ourselves to staying in an apartment complex as everywhere we looked at private villas you needed 5+ to make it worthwhile cost wise. Also my friends and I got a villa last year and whilst it was lovely it was a bit too remote for our liking and no one around to ask about local restaurants, taxis etc.

This place is brilliant. Gilly and Dave were so welcoming and helpful right from the initial booking. They arranged transfers for us that were cheaper than the taxis to and from the airport and recommended us restaurants we just wouldn't have found on our own. The villa is beautiful, even better than the pictures! Lovely out door comfy seating areas, sunbeds round the pool, gas operated bbq and all the kitchen equipment and more. It was like home from home, not like some places where you only get the basics.There was airconditioning and the bathroom is HUGE with a great shower 2 vanity sinks and massive corner bath. Would suit a family or 4 adults, not necessarily 2 couples unless you toss a coin for the twin beds in the other room) Gilly and Dave are not intrusive at all and if you are someone that keeps yourselves to yourselves they would simply would leave you to it. We are quite a social group and loved them being around so it was great they liked to stop and chat when we did and we liked them so much we even invited them to our BBQ!

We were so looked after by them but they totally made us feel like it was our own place to do exactly what we liked with. They have 2 gorgeous dogs and as I am a dog lover they would often find that actually the dog was with me if they couldn't find her!

In walking distance there are a plenty of restaurants and a taxi to Marbella old town was only about 15 euros. There were other places nearby we just didn't get to as we loved just being in the villa by the pool which is lovely and clean and Gilly even supplies you all the towells. If we wanted anything at all we could just knock on the door and both Dave and Gilly would do whatever they could to make our stay most comfortable.We will definitely be back, LOVED IT!! Our full deposit was refunded within 24 hours of getting back and we have been in touch since with photos.

Fab Outside space

We stayed with our teenage children in this gorgeous converted downstairs villa for nearly 2 weeks. The accommodation itself is spacious (kitchen a little small but very well stocked and very clean) - plenty of room for the 4 of us. The outside area including veranda and furnishings were very comfortable and spacious allowing us to spend quality time together as a family. We loved the pool, especially the kids. The owners Gilly & Dave were great and couldn't do enough for us. The area was quiet and El Rosario a 10 minute walk down hill with a few restaurants on either side of the road. We didn't mind but the hardest part of the holiday was the walk back up the hill in the July heat carrying bags or water from the supermarket. Supermarket does deliver at varying costs and taxis are available within 5-10 minutes of phoning them. The local beach is nice and not too busy but a good 20-25 minute walk when it is hot. Marbella and other areas are easily accessible by taxi and bus (timetables difficult to understand but very regular service 10 minute walk down hill). A visit to Old Marbella is worthwhile. We didn't feel the need to go out much because we love BBQs and the accommodation and outside space was so comfortable. 'Expresso' at bottom of hill in El Rosario was nice with really friendly staff. We enjoyed a Chinese meal at 'Panda' in Elviria (didn't sit outside though as road nearby busy). We hope to return here in the future. Overall it was very enjoyable with excellent relaxing accommodation and very helpful owners. We didn't have a car for most of the duration. It isn't necessary but helpful to have for part of the holiday.

Walking to the beach is 20 mins, driving 5 minutes. The nearest beach is El Rosario which has many beach restaurants

Travel:

Malaga airport is only 40 minutes away. Transfers to and from the airport are available at 50.00 euros each way. Car hire can be arranged and delivered to the airport or apartment. This rental apartment comes with a 10% discount on car hire.

Distances:

5 minutes to the nearest golf course, 5 minutes driving to many fabulous beaches, 25 minutes to the Aqua park at Fuengirola, 30 minutes to Malaga Airport, a little over an hour to Gibralter. 2 hour drive to Sierra Nevada. Marbella Town Centre and the famous Orange square is no more than 10 minutes. La Canada a large shopping mall is only 10 minutes away. Excellent tennis club in El Rosario. Puerto Banus 20 minutes away with its amazing designer shops and marina, also restaurants and nightlubs

Further Details:

El Rosario itself has a good selection of restaurants, cafes, a paper shop, cash machine and supermarket. Elviria is a 5 minute drive away with more restaurants, tapas bars and shops.. There are also many Banks in Elviria.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking, the balance has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. As soon as a booking is confirmed a email will be sent with details and directions.

Changeover Day:
Saturday to Saturday is a preferred changeover day. Arrival 3.00pm, departure 11.00am. Although these times are of course flexible.

Notes on prices:
We can offer a winter break for £800.00 per month. From 1st November to 31st March. The week of Christmas and New Year are extra.
