Lovely accommodation in beautiful grounds
The cottage is lovely and warm
The grounds are massive with trees lakes little bridges over running water. The area is beautiful with St Yves and the Tinners Arms in Zennor all within easy reach. Highly recommended!!
A lovely little cottage in a beautiful corner of paradise
I cannot recommend it enough. The location is beautiful and the cottage very comfortable and absolutely spotless. The secluded spot ensures a quiet stay, yet a short drive will put you in St Ives. It's the ideal HQ to explore the Penwith Peninsula.
And the best thing of all: there was a cream tea waiting for us when we got there! What more can you wish for?
Lovely secluded building and grounds
This was a lovely stay in a great location. So quiet. The vast landscaped gardens are superb. Only problem was wi-fi didn’t work at all. A washing machine nearby would be useful.
Overall our stay was very comfortable and we all enjoyed it
The property is beautiful, the grounds are breath taking, we enjoyed exploring the huge garden.
The peace and quiet was just what we needed.
Lovely little hideaway in magical wildlife oasis
The cottage is small but perfectly adequate for a small family or two couples. It has en suite shower rooms in both bedrooms which is useful. It’s not 5 Star luxury but it’s is clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The lady who owns it is a short walk away in the guest house and is lovely and helpful. The land around the cottage is bursting with wildlife. We loved seeing Heron on the ponds and a family of Buzzards living in a small glade. It’s only a 5 minute drive to St Ives or in the other direction, Zennor for coastal walks and a lovely pub. I would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful holiday.
