Villa Les Breguieres is situated just outside of Brignoles, on a hill, in a quiet, secluded location in the woods; it is surrounded by a garden of about 5000 m2, partly cultivated with many flowers and plants. The many terraces give you a nice view over a small valley, trees and mountains in the distance. Visitors will enjoy 100% privacy, with no neighbours in the near vicinity. The private swimming pool is situated on the lower level of the garden. The driveway leads you from the gate, past the covered carport, to the approximately 30-year-old villa.

About Aletta Polkamp
I am from The Hague, Netherlands and have been retired for several years and enjoy spending time in France and a part in the Netherlands. I have four children who love to visit the villa as well.
Why Aletta Polkamp chose Brignoles
We fell in love with this villa because it is located on a very quiet place, at the end of a road, in a neighbourhood with more holiday properties. Since we have four children, we wanted a spacious villa which is located close to the Mediterranean Sea, so they can visit the cities there. We ourselves enjoy travelling through the area and visiting the little villages and winehouses.
What makes this Villa unique
What's great about this villa is that you are in a quiet, secluded space, but you still have all the necessary shops and supermarkets at about less than a 5 minute drive from the villa.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay in a beautiful spacious house with the greatest garden!
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Les Breguieres. The rooms in the house are all very comfortable. The bedrooms are very cool and quiet. The garden is very beautifull with nice green grass en plants and flowers everywhere. The swimming pool area is great for a nice swim or a little afternoon nap under the olive trea. The children really enjoyed the big green garden and the nice swimming pool. We also enjoyed the trips to the little villages nearby Brignoles, with lovely markets and boutique shops. A very pleasant and relaxing stay. We hope to come again next year!
Homely hideaway for relaxed holiday
The house has a very homely feel with it's cosy decor and furnishings contrary to the clinical feel that some rental properties have. The kitchen is well kitted out with everything you need and more. The beautiful large garden was much enjoyed by our labrador and the pool was popular both with the adults and children during the hot weather. The comfortable outdoor furniture made it an enjoyable place to read and relax. We also much enjoyed sitting out around the large table on the main terrace in the shade whilst having our late breakfast in the morning sun. A great place for a relaxing break.
Tranquil, homely spot , with a beautiful pool.
We have just returned from a very pleasant holiday at Les Breguieres. We found the villa hidden away in the woods, at the end of a track. It has a beautiful pool and very peaceful wooded surroundings, and lovely views across the hills/mountains. The garage had everything we needed for the pool area and BBQ and the rooms were a good size, with the outdoors balcony being a great spot for our meals, overlooking the garden and hills. Easy access to the supermarket was very useful and we enjoyed exploring the area. The medieval festival in Brignoles was a fun evening !
We liked Le Val, Banjols, and ventured to the sea at La Lavandou and St Tropex.
We used all the rooms for our family gathering, and really enjoyed the stunning weather and the peace of this very rustic and tranquil spot. We did find the whole process of booking and communicating with the owners very straightforward, and a small problem with the washing machine was very quickly resolved with the contacts we had been advised of, by the information booklet concerning the property. Excellent service.
Lovely well equipped villa in peaceful location
Three generations of our family stayed for a week in this lovely villa in April 2015.
We found the villa very well equipped with large rooms and a lovely terrace area to enjoy the afternoon and evening spring sunshine.
The gardens are large and beautifully maintained with a sheltered pool area. The table tennis table in the garage was also a bonus for our teenage son.
The property is in a central location for visiting the coastal areas around St Tropez and Toulon as well as the inland areas of Provence. Also some local golf courses including Barbaroux.
A great holiday and a villa to be recommended
The Gardner family
We stayed at this property in August 2013. The house was perfect for our needs, two adults and three children with one dog.
The house is spacious with relatively large grounds surrounding which are fully fenced off, perfect for our dog. The kids used the excellent pool every day and the weather was 30 degrees with full sun for two weeks.
It was very quiet, down its own private road with neighbouring properties barely visible.
The property is just over 30 mins from the nearest beach at Hyeres, we had many days spent at the beach in the morning and then by the pool in the afternoon.
The house has excellent views across the valley into the distance with a lovely balcony to sit out on in the evening.
Brignoles centre is only 5 mins away with all the facilities you need.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend the house.

Brignoles is originally a medieval little town that has developed into the most important centre of the so-called 'green Var'. It has all the facilities, including a regional hospital. ?The centre of Brignoles is rather unspoiled, built around an old church, small allies, gates and stone stairs, squares, fountains, cozy shopping streets and many cafés. ?There is also a regional museum in the old centre; on the outskirts of the town you can find big supermarkets like Leclerc, Casino, Aldi and Intermarché.
