About Nick and Sue Coppin
We live in rural Shropshire and enjoy our sojourns in East Suffolk, sailing, rowing, walking and cycling. We also like having the railway station so we can explore further afield without having to resort to the car. We love being able to share our house so that others can enjoy this peaceful corner of England.
Nick and Sue Coppin purchased this House in 2011
Why Nick and Sue Coppin chose Woodbridge
We love East Anglia with its huge skies, tidal esturies and flocks of waders and wildfowl. We enjoy being able to sail and row on the Deben, cycle around the delightful countryside and walk along the sea wall and beyond. Mole End gives us the opportunity to do all these things.

Excelent small house spotlessly clean and in a very quiet area. Near to A12 but no noise.
Very good area able to visit many places of interest. A lot of info to read in the house.
This would get five stars if it had a comfy sofa to sit on.
Mole end is conveniently located for touring around Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex. Woodbridge itself is a delightful little town, fabulous shops and eateries. The property is nicely furnished and well equipped. The garden is lovely to sit in with no noise from the neighbours. This was our second stay and no doubt we will be back.
Thank you for the kind remarks. We look forward to your next stay.
House has lots of good points, but needs bringing up to date.
It was so hot when we stayed and conservatory must have been 40degrees. Curtains in bedroom need black out blinds especially for summer months,as two Windows in bedroom and only thin curtains. Plenty of useful equipment in kitchen.
Lovely garden but couldn't sit out in afternoon as so hot, no table to go with two chairs no parasol, which would have been so welcome. House nice and clean throughout. With a few extras would be perfect.
These guests stayed during the hottest extended drought that we have had for years. In fact part of the garden is always in shade and there are 2 tables that can go outside.
Clean,bright and compact!!
We had a lovely week in Woodbridge! We managed to go carless 2 days, walking left and right along the river, it's a good walk into the town, but nice pubs etc when you get there! Lots of walking and exploring Suffolk coast and country. Moles End was very adequate for the two of us, and well equipped, especially the kitchen, loved the conservatory and garden! Thanks Nick and Sue!
Thank you for your kind comments. You would be very welcome to come again.
