Villa in Oliva, Valencia, Characteristic Villa With Amazing Views, Private Pool, 5 minute Drive To Town 1& Beac
I'm originally from Buckinghamshire but now live and work in London but try to spend as much time in Spain and travelling.
Adam purchased this Villa in 2013
Why Adam chose Oliva
When we first saw the villa we immediately fell for it along with the location and fantastic views. Apart from when it is rented out the whole family come over to enjoy it. It's great for getting away and having a peaceful time as the villa is located at the top of a hill and overlooks the orange groves.
What makes this Villa unique
The property is accessible from either Valencia or Alicante airport making if easy to get to. There is plenty to do in Oliva or we can just choose to relax at the villa and enjoy the views and pool. There are lots of restaurants in Oliva, great supermarkets and banks so there is everything you need for a great stay.
We have large gardens which lead on to rural area

We had the most fantastic stay and would love to return! Everything was faultless.
The villa was fantastic and totally peaceful. It surpassed our expectations. Vere was incredible helpful. It was perfect for our family and we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit again.
The Barrett Family
I said we would be back! Another fantastic stay!
My husband, daughter and I stayed in this wonderful villa in Aug 2014 and we all returned again in June this year with our new baby boy too. We had another excellent stay and a well rested and peaceful break.
Since our last stay the swimming pool has been completely refurbished and now has a step added in the water which made entering and exiting the pool much easier, especially for my daughter. The villa is still very clean and comfortable and has been maintained and cared for well since our last visit.
We enjoyed many nights of tasty BBQ's and the oranges from the groves still taste as yummy as we remembered.
We flew to Valencia airport this time and we easily reached the villa within an hour, so both Alicante and Valencia airports work well for the Oliva location.
We will definitely be returning again in the future :D
Really beautiful villa in v quiet location but not far from town. Well equipped, spotlessly clean & well maintained. Wonderful garden, hope to be back next year!
The villa is secluded with stunning views of the surrounding area. The pool is quite small but is great for cooling off in and does retain its heat so it's never too cold to go in.
In the grounds you can have oranges, lemons, figs, pomegranates etc that can all be picked fresh. There is a local (English) manager called Vere who did a great job looking after us and was always on hand when needed. WiFi was good and we had around 10 devices all connected. On the TV you can get all the usual English channels which is a bonus.
This villa is powered by solar power which means that air con isn't a feasible option. There are fans though and leaving the windows open can bring a pleasant breeze.
Beds are all very comfy with a 4 poster in the main bedroom.
If you want peace and quiet this is an ideal choice. You will need a car but Oliva is not too far away and is a nice little town with some decent restaurants. With Gandia to the North and Denia to the South there are options for days out and even Valencia is only 45 minutes away and well worth a visit.
All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday set apart from the usual hustle and bustle of the typical villa resorts. Highly recommended.
My husband, daughter and I had a brilliant time on holiday staying at this beautiful secluded villa in Oliva.
The villa is clean, comfortable and has fantastic views across the orange groves. We enjoyed using the private pool and having BBQ's in the evening using the beautiful outside space.
The villa is located only an hours drive away from Alicante airport and is only a short drive from the town and beach.
We will definitely be returning to the villa for future holidays and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing break away.
Villa review, Oliva,
My husband and I spent 10 days at the villa. The meet and greet went really well and once at the villa we had a walk around, shown where everything is. First impressions were GREAT, just what we were looking for. Stunning views of the mountains and orange groves below, we spent our first day just taking photos around the villa ! The accommodation was great very comfy double bed with good quality pillows and linen throughout. Gorgeous leather sofa that was actually great to sit on. The villa was just as had been described in the listing, and had plenty of everything you would need. The Villa is well decorated and freshly painted, attention to detail shows. The garden ground is beautiful and when we were there lots of flowers and interesting cacti shrubs etc.
You will need a car to get out and about, but we found that once we got orientated we were able to get into Oliva in 5mins no problem. Oliva is a really nice town and very Spanish, shopping for food on first day was quite easy, Denia is about 30mis away and well worth a visit for the beaches and marina, but all this stuff is in the folder in the villa. Wifi was great and good connections no problems.
Overall a great villa, very private, quiet, well looked after, would recommend.
