Close House Villa is situated within a few minutes’ walk from the village square where there are number of restaurants and bars. Built in a traditional Mallorcan stone, the villa has been totally refurbished to a very high standard and offers 4 double bedrooms, large open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The infinity pool looks out to the wonderful views of the mountains and valley with a tiled terrace area and outdoor furniture. The town of Soller is only a 5 minute drive away. Here you will find large supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Within approx. 10 minutes’ drive, Port de Soller has two beaches set across from each other in the bay, one of which, the Repic, is set in a pedestrian area and is therefore the quieter of the two. There are also beautiful coves at Deia and Valldemossa, both 30 minutes’ drive.

The Villa has recently been refurbished throughout and was completed in May 2013. It offers a very high standard in all areas and benefits from beautiful mountain views over-looking the village of Fornalutx.

There is also a luxurious private infinity pool (8 x 5), outdoor shower and sun loungers around the pool. Utility Room: Dryer machine, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning and change of bedlinen, towels at the end of each week.Swimming pool towels included. Garden and pool maintenance included. Coast/Beach:

Take a 10 minute drive to the picturesque Port de Soller and you will find two beaches set across from each other in the bay. There are 2 pedestrianised areas fronting the sea, where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes and bars. For an unforgettable beach experience, drive (20 mins), walk or cycle to Cala Deia, a stunning pebbly cove offering crystal waters, fabulous snorkelling and a great cliff top fish 'shack' restaurant.

Travel:

Approx. 30 minutes North West of Palma International Airport and please note there is a toll tunnel of approx. 5 euro during the journey – small change is helpful. Car Hire can be arranged from the airport with companies including Hertz and Avis available.

Palma International Airport, 35km (40 mins in a car).

Car hire is strongly recommended. Taxi fare approximately 55 Euros.

Fornalutx: 5 min walk.

Soller: 4km.

Port de Soller: 6 km.

Refundable Damage Deposit £300

Booking Notes:
When you make your booking we require a 50% deposit of the rental charge, which will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 12 weeks of the arrival date. If outside that period then half of the deposit will be refunded. The final balance is to be settled 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival date will be subject to 100% non-refundable. A £300 fully refundable damage deposit is required which will be refunded in full subject to no damages/breakages.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday during high season but otherwise flexible dependent on other bookings received.

Arrival at the Villa is from 4pm and check out by 10.30am on the day of departure.
