Description of sleeping capacity: 4. 2 double bedrooms. Sofabed for (very!) occasional use Notes on bedrooms: Very large master bedroom with king size bed. En suite bathroom, and very large wardrobe space. Generous 2nd. double bedroom with twin beds and large cupboard. Adjacent large bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to outside terrace. Sofa bed available in sitting room for occasional use.

- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
Max guests: 5 (sleeps up to 4 adults)
Minimum age of primary renter:
- Passports of all adult guests (16+) due to stay at the apartment must be scanned/photographed and e mailed to the owner prior to the stay.
- The apartment manager will ask to inspect the credit/debit card USED TO MAKE THE BOOKING, on arrival, and will photograph it for security purposes.

About Paul Abadjian
We have two apartments in Marbella. at La Mairena (S24133) and at Torre Real (S24782). They are both owned by Paul and Jane Abadjian, who are brother and sister. Both have been furnished and specified as homes, not merely as places to rent out, so the fixtures and fittings tend to be quite stylish and luxurious. Paul lives in west Dorset with wife Fiona, two dogs and a small herd of Alpacas! They also offer a part of this property for holiday lets (Alpaca Cottage E 15146) Paul has enjoyed collecting classic Jaguars for more years than he cares to remember, and he and Fiona have enjoyed driving them in Russia, Argentina, Australia and Tasmania.

Why Paul Abadjian chose Elviria
The location of this apartment is the best! It is in the hills above Elviria-only 6-7 minutes drive to the coast road, but a world away in terms of quiet tranquility. It has spectacular views down to the sea, and you can also walk in the mountains from there without driving. The pool is gorgeous, and you will often have it to yourself, and the beach is just 10 minutes away. It is a larger apartment than the majority of two bedroom apartments in the vicinity, and after viewing numerous other places first, we agreed to buy it within an hour of first seeing it! That says it all.
What makes this Apartment unique
A place which is both stylish and restful, with large terraces, and a gorgeous pool. Nearby tennis and golf, and seaside. Marbella is only 20 minutes away, and that has everything you could possibly want, both summer and winter. The views from here will stay with you forever. The apartment has its own front door directly from the wonderful tropical gardens, so it has more of a feel of a villa rather than a typical apartment.
