It is a beautiful penthouse in the center of the city quiet and very bright, very centrally located but just tucked away from the main shopping streets, so very peaceful. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped, It consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a full kitchen all appliances and bathroom with jacuzzi. It also has a very large terrace private and really well equipped with furniture, chillout daybed, outside shower, bbq, outside bar/sink/fridge for outdoor dining, plus hot outside where a swim in hot water while enjoy the sunset !!, a large gas grill, parasol, table and chairs on. Free Wifi optical fiber.A penthouse in an unbeatable location, total privacy to enjoy the sun and wide field of view, to enjoy wonderful sunsets.Hot water from the tub and shower TERRACE, comes from a solar panel, which is not guaranteed in the coldest months, usually from November to April, however, the hot water in the interior of the house is city gas, so this guaranteed supply all year, and in the cold months you can use the indoor Jacuzzi bath.

Fundamentally we invest in this property because it is a penthouse with magnificent views in the heart, I personally like the view they have a wide field of view, and enjoy the sunsets, but without giving up being in the city center, live in the center but in a small house with a garden.

What makes this apartment unique

As a comment, enjoy a garden and quiet but in the center, move walk everywhere, not having buildings near the penthouse enjoys total privacy.

Great apartment, location and hosts!

Our family of 4 (kids 3 and 5 years) stayed for 2 months in this wonderfully located, decorated and equipped apartment. The terrace was perfect not just because it's huge, but the children could go in and out on their own easily and safely (as opposed to most terraces in Jerez that require taking stairs up to the roof). The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. Some of the furniture is a bit older than what appears in the photos, but the apartment makes up for it in size (large), location (quiet plaza but close to everything) and the great hosts. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Jerez. Thank you for a great 2 months!

Fabulous roof terrace in the middle of Jerez.

We had a great time in this apartment. the terrace is great - although we didn't get to make the most use of it as we were there in October when the weather was not quite so warm.

The apartment has plenty of room and is decorated in a Moroccan style. It can be a bit dark in the evening as the lights are not very bright but it's very atmospheric. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance.

We had a great stay in Jerez and would recommend it.

Perfect apartment in the center of te city.

We loved to stay here with our 2 children.

It is a perfect apartment, the city is very beautiful.

We also visit Sevilla, Cadiz and Gibraltar.

Penthouse Jrez de la Frontera, seh zu empfehlen

Wir waren in dem Zeitraum vom 17- 22.10.2016 in dem benannten Objekt.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und umfangreich. Die Terasse war traumhaft und wurde sehr gerne von uns genutzt.

Die Lage ist erstklassig, man erreicht die Altstadt gut zu Fuß und nette Bars und Essensmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer gut zu erreichen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Objekt ausnahmslos weiter empfehlen!

Wohnung und Lage wie beschrieben und erwartet.

Javier ist ein netter und umsichtiger Gastgeber.

Die Lage der Wohnung in Jerez ist perfekt. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall den Tiefgaragenstellplatz von Javier zu mieten, dann ist Zugang zum Apartment noch einfacher.

Für uns war die Beschattung auf der Terrasse zu wenig, es war allerdings sehr heiß im August.
