Location couldn't be better. The house was clean and comfortable . Parking can be difficult but with patience you find a spot near if not right by the property. The park is nearby so if you have a dog ,which we did, its ideal for a quick walk prior or after enjoying your day out.
Ideal Place to Explore
Ideal location to explore the north lakes
Home from home - a very enjoyable week in immaculate accommodation situated near the town. Very friendly and helpful hosts.
Clean and spacious 2-bed house, with really well-equipped kitchen. Great communication with the owners. Centrally located and convenient for local amenities. Bring your own towels. We found the beds rather hard and bouncy but it didn’t detract from an overall great experience.
Lovely home from home
A beautifully presented cottage in the heart of Keswick. Certainly a very spacious cottage with all the mod-cons! The bathroom and kitchen were gorgeous and the kitchen had all we needed! The addition of the boot room was very helpful for towelling off the dog on the couple of occasions we got damp (the weather was really good for Keswick with it only raining on one morning walk and one evening walk)
The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Keswick and a great base for walking the fells!
The reason for 4 stars is that we found the bed uncomfortable, which led to some disturbed night's sleep.
Thank you Fell Top Cottage for a wonderful staycation!
Central location and a well maintained house
Great location just a few minutes walk to the park or town centre. Ideal for 2 adults or a family with a young children. The place is spotless and decorated to a high standard. I would stay here again if in the area.
Keswick is approximately 30 minutes drive to the Western Coast of England. The shallow beach of Allonby is ideal for kite and wind surfing, St Bees is the start of the Coast to Coast route and Whitehaven is home to a Harbour and Marina.
