About the property

Accommodates up to 10 people, lots of natural light, relax and eat outside

House / villa in farm / farm (silver coast) with 4 good sized bedrooms, living room with 30 m2, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor area with grill and space for meals and rest. It has excellent sun exposure and is surrounded by lawned garden of good size (about 500 m2) and surrounded vegetation and pine trees. It can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 young people and the rates can be adjusted according to the number of occupants

 The villa is inserted in farm / rustic farm with wooded area of ​​pines and eucalyptus provided rest areas and pedestrian walks. The location is very quiet and suitable for family holiday / friends and children. The house is about 0.5 km from Supper restaurant (equestrian center) and supermarket (pedestrian path in less than 10 minutes)

Nearby are several areas of interest where we can highlight the beach of Sao Martinho do porto (about 5 km - 7 minutes by car) with its magnificent beach with calm waters and restaurants with excellent local gastronomy.

The picturesque town of Obidos is located about 12 km from the site and accessible by national road, is certainly a place to visit both for its history as the typical existing crafts in various shops of the inner streets to the castle wall.

The village of Nazareth is about 25 Km (by National Highway easy driving) and offers its magnificent beaches, its excellent restoration which highlights the fish and seafood from the coast.

The town of Peniche is about 40 km and will also be the point of reference to visit with possibility of making a boat trip to the Berlengas archipelago and enjoy its natural beauty and wildlife observation Atlantic (*)

(*) The boat trip to the Berlengas archipelago can be contracted separately with the owner as well as exit to the fishing practice shipped to sugarcane or deep sea fishing - the realization of these activities are dependent on weather conditions

The owner of the farm and family live nearby and if requested can advise other visits, activities and restaurants in the area.

Pour moi, rien à dire, c'est exactement ce que je recherche pour les vacances! Génial!

Nous avons reçu un accueil plus que chaleureux de la part de Térésa. Elle nous attendait, dans sa charmante maison de location , très joliment décorée, avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. La maison est située à l'abri des regards dans un coin de verdure. Nous avons profité des animaux(chiens, chats, poules) et de la tranquillité des lieux. Térésa avait prévu le ballon, table de ping-pong, les vélos, les parasols.. La maison est idéalement située au carrefour de plusieurs sites touristiques. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour! Merci Térésa!

Calmo, acolhedor e acessível

Uma casa agradável e acolhedora, sentimento que é reforçado em épocas mais frias do ano com aquecimento centralizado. O João e a Teresa, para além da simpatia pessoal que demonstram, tratam das coisas com profissionalismo e atenção para garantir que a estadia seja confortável. Merece destaque a acessibilidade à propriedade, tanto a Estrada Nacional como a Autoestrada são de acesso imediato, o que permite deslocações fáceis e rápidas às praias da zona e outros ponto de interesse (Óbidos, Paul de Tornada, termas e parques das Caldas da Rainha). O supermercado a escassos metros da propriedade torna as deslocações desnecessárias nos dias em que a preguiça ataca. Os gatos que habitam na quinta são muito simpáticos e os seus ronrons dão um toque de ternura às tardes passadas na esplanada em frente à casa.

Ocean Paradies!

Eine wunderbare Farm-Oase in unmittelbarer Meeresähe mit gleich mehreren tollen Strandabschnitten. Dank der großzügigen und tollen Hilfestellung der Eigentümer fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause - und das auch mit mehreren Hunden! Unterkünfte gibt es viele aber der besondere 'spirit' des Anwesens machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem! Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch!

Une maison propre, spacieuse et décorée avec goût par madame.

Großer Bauernhof-ruhig gelegen und doch mittendrin

Die Lage: Ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Caldas da Rainha, Bio-Supermarkt in Gehentfernung, nur wenige Minuten Fahrzeit an verschiedene Strände.

Das Haus: Riesig (wir waren nur zu 4), gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Viele Tiere (Katzen, Hunde, Ziegen, Hühner), sehr sauber. Für alle Perfektionisten: es ist ein alter Bauernhof! .....

Die Gastgeber: João und Theresa sind liebenswerte und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage.
