Perfect for taking early morning coffee and looking out on the dunes from the top floor balcony and then having evening drinks on the patio to watch the most tremendous sunsets over the fields behind.

Lovely house

Superb accommodation!

We couldn't have wished to stay in a better house for our first trip to Southwold. It's ideally situated for the beach, fabulous walks and Southwold town. The Hutch provides every home comfort, is stylish and spotlessly clean and has amazing views! We would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing house in such a beautiful spot!

We had the most amazing holiday. Southwold had everything you need for a fantastic family holiday. The house is in a beautiful setting, across the road from a lovely sandy beach and out the back a gorgeous vista of the marshes.

A few things would have made the stay even better for instance some hand soap in the bathrooms, cooking oil, washing up liquid, bin bags and some cleaning stuff like a mop. We had to buy a lot of this stuff on arrival.

The perfect place for a wonderful relaxing break.

Light and airy and with high quality fittings and equipment, The Hutch is perfectly placed - a short walk to the town or the harbour and a great place at dusk to watch the starlings flying back to the river with a fabulous sunset across the marshes in the background. We'll be back.

Stunning beach house

A perfect modern beach house in a lovely spot across the road from the beach. Southwold is a great place to stay in the winter. Brisk walks on the beach were followed by steaming cups of tea in the warm house. Would definitely stay again. Good communication from Ben and Caroline.
