GREAT APARTMENT AND LOCATION.
Spent three nights in Sylvia's apartment in Dubrovnik with my family of four. Location is about 5 min walk to bus stop and then 15min bus ride to Old Town. Good restaurants nearby as well as small grocery, and larger grocery and other shops not too far away. Apartment hosts were very helpful and accommodating, and apartment had all we needed. Would definitely recommend!
The hosts were amazing. They cooked us a meal on the first night and cakes another day which were delicious. Thank you.
The view from the balcony is amazing. The sunsets well what can I say other than WOW.
The apartment has everything in it and is exceptionally clean.
Enjoyed our stay
Property Managers were amazing. They were super nice and accommodating to us. They left us a bottle of homemade wine when we got in late. Check-in and check out process were smooth and easy. It was about a $6-7 Uber ride to get anywhere you wanted. I recommend staying here.
Nice apartment with good facilities and excellent balcony view. Location is OK although 2 bus rides or taxi to get to Old Town. If walking up from ferry go up the road to avoid large number of steps.
Very good location.
A short taxi ride from the main bus station .Silvia had a hot meal and wine prepared for us on arrival. The apartment is lovely and clean. We spent mornings and evenings out on the deck enjoying the view of the harbour.
One should know that to get to the harbour from the apartment is a hike up and down the stairs.
It’s easy to catch the bus to Old Town or day trips to anywhere from there.
Grocery and a farmers markets are also close by.
Some English speaking television.
I would recommend this apartment .
Good weather is a must for visiting Dubrovnik
We were greeted by Ivica (John) on arrival. Didn’t meet or see Silvia during our 5 night stay. The apartment is as advertised and quite comfortable. The views of the harbour from the apartment are quite stunning and it was intriguing to see the coming and goings of the many large cruise liners. We were also thank full to have access to secure parking under the building as parking and traffic is a nightmare in the surrounding streets. John also generously supplied us with a pitcher of his homemade red wine. Unfortunately the apartment is located high up on the hillside so you must negotiate many many steps to get down to the harbour and back again. While there is a lot of visitor literature in the apartment, we would have appreciated some information on the local bus lines that service the area. The buses are not that frequent so you need to plan accordingly. You also need to be aware that there are limited dining options close by. There is a handy small supermarket about 100 metres up the street. We stayed for 5 nights which proved to be probably 2 nights too long given the unseasonably cool weather. While Dubrovnik has its Old Town and fortress, it has little else to offer, in our opinion, when the weather is poor. My wife also felt that the linens in the bedroom could do with an upgrade. Sadly, our visit to Dubrovnik proved to be disappointing given the poor weather.
500 m to the coast
