The new East-West tram stops right outside the apartment, giving direct connections to Nice Centre and the Airport. The minimum stay in this property is 4 nights. This property has a lift, but please note that there is a small flight of stairs at entrance level and again when you exit the lift on the 6th floor. There is also a flight of stairs in the apartment from the 6th to the brand new 7th floor Penthouse bedroom (see video tour of this new floor in the photos below).

Nice in June

We loved the apartment and the Port is a great location. Only drawback was the stress of the late arrival fee as our flight was delayed. Shame there isn’t a key safe like most properties we go to. (We were well looked after by Laure though).

The best play to stay at Nice port!

The inside on the penthouse is just amazing, 3 bathrooms and so much space inside! It is very simple to get to the penthouse from the airport. The infrastructure is just amazing, restaurants are just down the stair, grocery shop nearby, event a night club in the same port. Old town is very close, also there are two vantage points on both sides of the apartment- castle hill and fort du mont alban where you can see the best view in whole french riviera!! All in all the score of this place is 11/10!

Nice Port delight

An elegant spacious appartement overlooking Nice port, is an ideal place to contemplate marine activity. The daily midday canon fired from the Chateau opposite the apartment is an added delight for a wonderful end of year stay.

I work as a Volunteer for several organisations as an Independent Visitor and Mentor to children and teenagers in the care of the Local Authority.

I am also self employed working in the London property market where I let and manage a portfolio of properties.

I have loved France all my adult life and I am slowly trying to learn french.

Why they chose this property

I wanted a property that made you feel that you were immediately on holiday, and with it's direct west facing views over the Port of Nice, it's a wonderful place to relax in in the evening and watch the sun set from the balcony.

What makes this property unique

As this Duplex Penthouse over the 6th and 7th floor is directly on the port, it offers un-interrupted stunning views of the port, sea and mountains behind Nice, and even on a bad weather day it feels like you're on holiday.
There is a very large lounge, and also an additional lounging area in the new top floor double bedroom with a second smart TV.
A new air-conditioning system has been fitted throughout the apartment in 2021 at the same time as the new double bedroom was created.
