The property where the house is located is a banana tree from the beginning of the last century.

The house has been carefully renovated without losing its original style and character to become a beautiful and unique accommodation in the south of Tenerife.

The house has a large garden with sea views, heated pool 26 º or more and private. It is distributed over 2 floors.

Spacious living room, kitchen, office, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, two en suite, 2 terraces, one with BBQ chill out and fully furnished.

The terraces have tables with seating for 12 people and have sea views.

- Top Floor

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with en suite, private sitting area and 2 bedrooms with en suite. Two rooms have terrace overlooking the sea and the third, terrace with mountain views.

It is surrounded by a large garden with native vegetation and heated pool 25º or more.

It has ample parking inside the property.

The property is located in a quiet place, very close to the sea and inside an old banana plantation, the LA HOYA GRANDE farm.

Perfectly situated to reach in a few minutes drive to any beach in Costa Adeje, Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Playa San Juan and Callao Salvaje. Also within 10 km the best restaurants, entertainment centers, shopping area and golf courses are located.

The environment allows the practice of sports and leisure activities.

A great place to unwind and relax

We are a family of 6 adults and 3 children, our stay was very relaxing, the children spent most of their time in the pool which is great for children of all ages as the depth very gradually goes from zero to around 1.5M; the increased confidence of the children in the water was wonderful.

There are a large number of seating/relaxing areas if people want peace and quiet, also 4 areas for dining at different parts of the day.

The property was very clean and well maintained, the owner extremely helpful and attentive when/if required.

The location is great with many good restaurants within 20 minutes drive, we didn't visit any beaches, we were more than happy to stay in the seclusion of the Villa.

We all very much enjoyed our stay and will return in the near future.

LA CASA BLANCA is equipped with modern amenities and has different indoor and out door areas to enjoy together, children and adults. It's really wonderful for large family or friend party as well. It´s highlights, sunsets and views of the Atlantic Ocean and Gomera . The house is located in a quite place but you can reach any place in a short time, maximum 20 minutes. We hope see you next time. Superb, large property. Stunning sea views. Couple of minor issues.

We were a family party of 12, ten adults and two children under 5 years old. The property accommodates a large party without problem. The first floor bedrooms and adjoining terrace offer stunning sea and mountain views.

The pool was enjoyed by all, being heated, it was a pleasure to use, the shallow stepped entrance is great for children. There is also plenty outside space for children (and adults) to play. We had a minor problem with intermittent water supply one morning and there was no microwave oven in the kitchen, despite it being mentioned in the property description and photos. We managed without it quite easily.

The two large fridge freezers in the kitchen were particularly useful, one for drinks and the other for food, much needed with a large party. The only other concern with young children running around was the exposed wiring on the loose power socket in the lounge. These problems aside, this is a great holiday property for a large group.

Pierre was available by telephone at all times and was attentive and helpful, offering good advice about shopping/eating options close by.

Perfect house for a family getaway.

Had a very relaxing week at this fantastic property. The pool was welcoming and very popular with the kids. Plenty of indoor/outdoor relaxing areas. Pierre was very attentive and friendly. We would have no hesitation in booking another trip to Casa Blanca in the future.

Superb house - perfect for families

What an amazing week we have just had at casa Blanca. Perfect house, beautifully furnished and decorated. Everything we needed and more! Well equipped kitchen, bbq, bathrooms a plenty. Lots of lovely places to sit and enjoy the amazing views. The children loved the pool and grounds. The table tennis table was very popular and a perfect communal space. We have some lovely memories and would love to return soon. The location was perfect for all our sight seeing in the island. Pierre our host was very welcoming and helpful. We appreciated his restaurant recommendations. Thanks for a perfect week - we miss Tenerife and Casa Blanca already. Think it would be hard to beat.
