A great apartment handily situated for West Cowes centre. Great for exploring the island and its fantastic beaches! The booking process was easy as were the directions to the apartment from the ferry. The apartment itself was very modern and well-appointed and the free wi-fi was a bonus. All in all we had a great stay and the kids enjoyed it too. Recommended!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was spacious and was well equipped. We enjoyed watching the boats from the lounge window and found the location very convenient in the centre of Cowes. All the administration for our stay was dealt with very efficiently and I was impressed our deposit was sent back within two days of the end of the stay. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Great apartment, beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need! Light, very spacious, really comfortable and great views.

Notes on accommodation: With “A” rated, environmentally friendly electric central heating out of season the whole apartment offers home-from-home comfort. There is a video phone entry system for added peace of mind. Outside: There is a balcony leading from the living room which has a table and four chairs to enjoy that glass of wine following a hard day's holidaying. There is a reserved car parking space in the secure gated car park. There is also secure bicycle storage. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Quality linen and towels are provided with additional supplies for those staying for 2 weeks or more. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Additional cleaning is available on request, at cost.

April stay.

So glad we decided to book through HomeAway and book this apartment through Mark. What a gem. The apartment itself is fantastic, it was everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

We was greeted by Charlotte who explained everything we need to know about the apartment and how everything worked. The car was in a gated area which was brilliant and access to the apartment was very easy with a key fob. The best thing about this place is the location. A 5 minute walk and you are in the heart of Cowes with its amazing pubs/bars to its little cafès and delis. I would 100% recommend this place to anybody. Thanks Mark.

great base for isle if wright

We ( 2 couples) stayed for a week during May and had a wonderful holiday.The apartment was as described in the photographs and description and was very comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The view and activities from the lounge and balcony were wonderful. We were met at the agreed time by Charlotte, who kindly assisted us with our luggage and provided a rundown of the key features and procedures at the apartment. A secure building and car park. Restaurants within minutes walking from the apartment..

Well located, well equipped and a real home from home. 5 minutes walk into Cowes where there are lots of eateries although the kitchen is very user friendly too. Good WiFi and parking. View of Red Funnel ferries going in and out. Recommended.

The nearest beach is just a 5 minute drive away, but nowhere on the Isle of Wight is more than a 30 minute drive


Ferry services are provided by Wightlink from Portsmouth to Fishbourne (15 minute drive to the apartment) and from Lymington to Yarmouth (then a 20 minute drive) or Red Funnel ferries from Southampton to East Cowes (then a 5 minute drive to the apartment). Nearest airport and railway station are in Southampton, then ferry as above.

Refundable Damage Deposit £250

Booking Notes:
Once you have made a provisional booking we will then send you a contract which you must sign and return together with 25% of the hire fee as non-refundable deposit. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival then the fully rent plus security deposit is payable as below .

The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival when we will also require a returnable damage deposit of £250 which will be returned once our housekeeper has confirmed that all is well following your departure.

The housekeeping charge of £80 is per booking regardless of duration and covers laundry, cleaning and consumables.
