The property has recently been refurbished & is being let in very good order with Air conditioning in the Lounge/kitchen area. The apartment has a washing machine, CD Player with Ipod dock, DVD Player, 32" Flat screen TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV 1, CH 4, Sky News & Sky sports 1. The complex is very well maintained with beautiful gardens, heated pool & childrens play area. In the reception area you will find WiFi internet access, daily news papers and a help desk to book excursions or car hire. The coastal paths & marina give you plenty to explore & the various Golf Courses situated all around the resort will keep any keen golfer busy. There is live entertainment regularly at the pool Bar/Restaurant or within 200 yards you will find the ''Wild Geese'' Irish theme pub which has a great food menu & 7 nights a week entertainment. A 2 minute taxi ride or a 15 minute walk will get you to Centro Commercial San Blas which has an array of shops, bars, restaurants with regular free entertainment.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and comfortable with good amenities. Owner ( Alex ) , was very good with communication. Apartment is close to Pool Area , Ground floor so easy access. Used back gate everytime we went out. Taxi rank on roundabout at Aguamarina Hotel. Only mention this as I have limited mobility. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Excellent pub grub at the Wild Geese. Only went to reception once and that was when we were leaving. We have re booked the apartment again for next year. Many Thanks Alex.

Fab apartment that is set in a great location. Brilliant for my little girl as all on one level and the awning meant the garden was in shade as much as we wanted. The air con was perfect. Great value for money.

You can see the ocean from the front door and can walk to it within minutes. There are some great places for snorkels however there is no sandy beach. The nearest beaches are El Medano which hosts a lot of wind & kite surfing competitions. Or in the opposite direction Los Cristianos & Las Americas have some great beaches.
15/20 minutes from the airport to the apartment.
Los Cristianos/Las Americas 25 minutes in a car or taxi. 45/50 minutes by bus.
There are many mini markets dotted around but the 2 nearest are just outside the complex.
