This is lovely detached villa to rent in La Quinta, Amarilla Golf

This detached Tenerife villa has its own private pool and full AIR CONDITIONING too!! In terms of Tenerife villas with private pools, we believe it offers excellent value for money.

The large lounge which looks out on to the swimming pool. A terrace off the lounge is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for dining under the stars.

Alongside the pool there is a sheltered back terrace which has a pretty garden consisting of flowers, shrubs and tropical trees. Here you can sit and enjoy the lovely views over the fairways of the golf course to the sea. In terms of its length, the pool is one of the biggest in size out of all in the La Quinta area.

Plenty of sun beds are provided around the pool. Sunbathing areas are to the left of the pool at the bottom end and all around the terrace.

There is a well equipped kitchen, including a dining area to seat 6 people. The Master Bedroom has a double bed and en suite. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at the villa 2adults and 4 children, the villa backs onto a golf course which seemed fairly quite and did not disturbed us the adjacent properties were both empty which was great even more privacy.Bedrooms were all comfortable and each had its own air conditioning, main bedroom had bath/shower which was fine could do with updating . Kitchen was well equipped for cooking if desired but we ate out most nights it's so cheap down by the marina 15 minute walk. Tv video player and wifi was a blessing for my teenage daughters . Swimming pool

is a good size you can do a few lengths or just for mucking about does get windy at times, plenty of sun loungers and several patio sets for eating .Airplane noise was expected as very near airport no complaints.Car is a must in my opinion if you want to explore Tenerife's beaches and Siam park js a great day out go early.

Owner's Response: We always appreciate reviews but would remind you that your review is supposed to be specific to the villa, not the beach or the rock pool. If the location wasn't ideal for you then I am sorry but this is clearly stated on the advert. The villa is for people who want a relaxing holiday, with good amenities within walking distance but who don't necessarily like the hustle and bustle of some of the over commercialised resorts. Clearly it wasn't for you but it would be much more beneficial to give a balance review with some detail about the villa not just because you personally didn't like the area. There is no mention in your review about the villa, it's comfort and the excellent value for money it provides. Nor the private transfer that we arranged for you that went very smoothly and gave you a very nice stress free journey to and from the villa. You stayed in the villa for 2 weeks and neither myself nor my on-site management company heard from you. We can only assume you are happy. The villa itself has 5 star reviews on other websites and many, many happy customers. It is located a 5 to 10 min walk to local bars, restaurants and shops. Its a 15 min walk to the marina with its water sports, submarine trip etc. Here there are many very nice sea front restaurants, bars and shops. This is seen as one of the nicest areas around. But yes, clearly you wanted more commercialism and more noise - sorry but this location doesn't provide that. I am sure people reading the review would prefer more balanced comments. Maybe something about the villa itself would be much more useful. I do welcome and appreciate reviews. Those that highlight any areas for improvement or constructive feedback will always be acted on. We try to keep the villa to the best standard possible whilst keeping the price very competitive. We hope that many more people in the future will come and enjoy it.

The villa is located in a pretty and peaceful part of Amarilla Golf and Country Club, known as La Quinta, It is a peaceful location, lined with detached villas that run down to the sea.

Within a 5 to 10 minute walk there is a very well stocked supermarket, and some bars / restaurants. A 15 minute walk will take you to the marina with its lovely sea front bars, restaurants, shops and show bars.

The resort of Amarilla and the neighboring resort of Golf Del Sur have almost merged into one these days. Located just a 15 minute drive from the airport they have all the facilities you would expect from a high quality holiday resort with some really nice bars and restaurants too!

The resort center, otherwise known as 'San Blas' consists of 3 picturesque squares each containing good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques and a night club. The nearby Spanish village of Los Abrigos is just a 5 minute taxi ride and here is a small fishing port, full of some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.

Of course both resort have their own championship golf courses and there are tennis courts too. So the location suits couples, families and sports enthusiasts alike!
