Located steps away from Atlantic Avenue/ Barclays Center transit hub, our newly renovated garden apartment is perfect for families travelling to NYC. There are two bedrooms, a kitchenette and bathroom, and large open living/ dining area. The unit has WiFi and cable television and a separate garden entrance.

Our neighborhood is located at the apex of Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Greene, and Park Slope, which means you are within walking distance of almost anything you could imagine - world-class parks, restaurants, art, artisanal makers of all kinds, etc. In addition, the Atlantic Avenue subway hub can get you to Manhattan in minutes.

Excellent base and location for New York vacation

Excellent location in Brooklyn close to public transport. Very nice apartment with everything needed for five persons.

Stylish, well appointed property, ideal for families

The property was stunning, very well appointed with all modern conveniences, stylish furniture and a real home feel. The location was superb, a very short walk from one of the main metro hubs in Brooklyn and good links to JFK using the LIRR. There were a number of grocery stores in the surrounding area and some great restaurants. VSpot was one of our favourites! DK was a very helpful host, setting out the sofa bed for us for the first night and being flexible with arrival and departure arrangements. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable! We would highly recommend the property.

Great apt, fab lcation.

Hosts were great...apt beautifully clean and well equipped. Location couldn't be faulted...so accessible for Manhattan, Brooklyn and JFK.

A great apartment in our neighborhood that was a fantastic place to stay with my family for a month while we had to be out of our apartment for renovations. We were so lucky to have found this and looking forward to recommending this place to others!

Just like home But un Brooklyn 😜😎

We spent a very good stay in this very pretty apartment, there was all in the vicinity, station, grocery store, store for shopping, park, municipal swimming pool and 20 mnt top chrono of times square, etc. After a long day in New York, coming back to the apartment at the end of the day felt good, like being really at home.. Dk was very accommodating, very responsive in messages, very kind. Sincerely, without exaggeration, I would give a 10/10 for the apartment and its host.thanks for everything 🙏🙏
