BEACHFRONT Apartment Marbella City, Spain - Best Location!

This is a great opportunity to rent a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment in a perfect location, central Marbella. The complex sits directly on the beach with easy walking to all amenities and nightlife. The apartment is silent with beach view from the balcony. It has one of the best positions of the entire coast!

Beautiful 'Old Town Marbella' and amazing shopping is within a short stroll. Walk to Puerto Banus along the coastline, start at the marble paseo outside our door. Luxury spa and wellbeing centre with gym (yoga, fitness classes, etc) moments away as is fishing, sailing, boat trips and new 8 screen cinema. Many golf courses. Large supermarket 3 minutes, small friendly minimarket 30 seconds! A perfect place to sit on the balcony, whilst sipping a cool drink!

The complex is very secure and provide guests with a gated parking area for a minor cost.

Great wifi, AC, central heating and cable TV in the apartment!

If the period of renting is les than a full week (7 nights) there will be an extra fee for final cleaning depending on the amount of guests.

A very quiet apartment! The apartment has large glass sliding window/doors and natural breeze from the ocean. The Venus beach is clean and lovely for swimming and right below your balcony. You can also watch your children play on the beach from the balcony. There is a childrens play area on the beach surrounded by restaurants, serving you food and drinks. Nightlife is abundant everywhere nearby, it is a very Spanish area with fabulous restaurants and bars. It is lovely to sit and watch everyone walking along the Paseo both day and night. Walk everywhere - no car needed! Outside: The complex include two swimming pools (open high season 15 june-15 sept), the bigger is for adults and the smaller is perfect for children. There are extra outdoor towels to bring to the beach a few steps away. During the winter months the sun is lower in the sky and fills the apartment with sun all day - wonderful for lying and sunbathing, half in the room half on the terrace. In the summer it is higher, only on the terrace, which keeps the apartment much cooler! Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Fresh quality bed linen and towels are changes between lettings. Apartment is cleaned between lettings. Additional cleaning on request. Both indoor and outdoor towels, soap, spices, toilet paper etc are provided and included in the price

We love cruising, and walking into this ¿apt, we felt as if we were on a cruise ship, it is so close to the sea.

Wonderful location, everything close by that anyone could ask for, would highly recommend it for all ages

Jessica was very nice, and helpfull.

The apartment is clean, and has everything for living Marbella as if it was your own apartment.

The sea view of the building is wonderful.. nothing is better than having a meal on the balcony.

The building is pretty near from everything. Port of Marbella: 2 minutes walk, Puerto Banus, 25 Min bike riding.

If you rent a car, there is parking available in the building.

We had an awesome time at Marbella, planning to come back, and will definitely contact Jessica to return to her apartment.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the amenities you could ask for. The view is one of the best in Marbella with many restaurants right on the doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, and will not hesitate to return

Unexpected extras and amazing views

Stayed for 4 nights with 2 older teenage sons

Loved every minute

Excellent location adjacent to long promenade. Can walk to old town in 5-10 mins and Puerto banus in 1 hour 10. Very good bars and food nearby.

The owner is really helpful and helped arrange transfers .

There was everything in the apartment you could need and more it was unexpected - from parasol,deckchairs,tea,coffee,water,fizz

A piece of Heaven

This apartment had everything we expected and some more.The views of the med were breathtaking. The apartment was presented in pristine condition with everything you would have at your fingertips at home. For those who enjoy cycling,walking or jogging you will have to travel a long way to find a better location. With the paseo outside your door it goes on for miles and is very safe to use. You will never be alone on this stretch with people exercising from early morning to late at night. The old town of Marbella is a must see with an array of beautiful restaurants. However if you do not wish to travel one of the best is right next door at Garum. Good selection of beautiful food at a reasonable price. Jessica and Mats have thought of everything and this apartment is really a slice of heaven . Cant wait to go back i'ts an 11 out of 10 from us.

Lovely apartment in wonderful position

We really enjoyed our stay in this newly refurbished apartment. The position could hardly be better - the view from the windows is just the Mediterranean! The promenade is just in front of the block, with all the bars and restaurants and a lovely walk to Puerto Banus. The beautiful old town of Marbella is 10 minutes away and not to be missed. The apartment is very attractive with a well-stocked kitchen and everything in excellent repair. And the owners are very friendly and helpful, which makes all the difference. Highly recommended. If we return to Marbella, this is where we will stay.

First line beachfront! One of Marbella's best beaches just below your balcony. With plenty of restaurants! Walk along the beach and you have a nice 1 hour stroll on the boardwalk Along the beach, all the way from Marbella to Puerto Banus.

You can hire beach beds and parasols and can also take your own towel and lie on the sand. Yoga and TaiChi are practiced regularly at the beach high season. Many more beaches are easily accessed by walking along the Paseo (or on the beach) in either direction.


Malaga Airport about 40 minutes away. Gibraltar airport about 50 minutes.

The regular buses leaves quite often just outside Airport to Marbella bus station. The cost is about 7 euros. You do not need a car at our apartment. But we can arrange access to the gated parking area in the community, just behind the building (gate key and permission card needed).


Puerto Banus about 10 minutes, Old Spanish town of Estepona 20 minutes. Gibraltar (Duty Free) 50 minutes. Only 15 minutes drive inland will take you to beautiful white villages such as Ojen and Monda, 40 minutes drive to Ronda where you can see the oldest Bull Ring in Spain. Beautiful Mijas is about 30 minutes away.

Further Details:

Plenty of restaurants along the beach and in the blocks behind - Spanish tapas bars are everywhere! Big supermarkets in walking distance just minutes away. Smaller minimarkets just seconds away, with generous opening hours. Numerous bank offices and ATMs on Ave Ricardo Soriano (2-3 minutes walk behind us) together with all the designer shops.

There are jet ski for rent and massages on the beach a minute away. The water park at Benalmadena (20 minutes by car) is a favourite for the kids. As Go-Carting at Funny Beach!

There is a famous outdoor market of Puerto Banus bullring at Saturdays (10 minutes by car).

Changeover Day:
Flexible, open for discussion. We try to fit in with your flight. Normally guests vacate by 12.00 am and arrive after 15.00 pm which seems to fit in with most flights.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
