My name is Andrew Jones and I consider myself Welsh - though I was born in England. I am married with a gorgeous wife and daughter. Since leaving school at 17 years of age, my career over the previous 26 years has been associated with electronics, IT, business and finance. About 10 years ago, my wife and I decided to purchase 2 properties. I live in Rogerstone, Newport, South Wales and for my sins support the local Rugby team - Dragons (always the under dog but a team that punches well above its weight).

I first went to Cyprus 1987 whilst serving in the armed Forces. I dreamt that one day I would live in Cyprus......

Cyprus is very popular with retired British and is full of history and culture.

After a few visits my family and I fell in Love with the Paphos area and the people and the rest (as they say) is history

What makes this house unique

The property is spacious BUT you don't feel lost - there is only 3 of us in our family so the size was great.

Cool in the summer with Air conditioning and warm in the winter with the log effect fires.

Peyia:

A very large friendly village, Peyia is tucked away in the hills about 2.5kms from Coral Bay and 15kms from Paphos. There are several coffee shops and welcoming taverna's which provide simple but excellent food. A picturesque drive north along winding roads through the Peyia forest and pretty villages brings you to the Akamas peninsula and the beaches of Latchi. You are ideally situated to visit Cyprus and tour the surrounding areas!

Coral Bay:

11 km to the north of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay - the best natural Blue Flag beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze. The sea is shallow and children can play safely. During the busier months, water sports for hire include pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing.
