This beautiful 95 sq m apartment is on the 2nd floor of a secure gated building, complete with lifts, gardens and swimming pool. Both bedrooms, lounge and kitchen lead out to a 30 sq m terrace which boasts a spectacular 180 degree view from the snow covered Alps on the left to the stone walls of the old Provençal city on the right and the azure waters of the Mediterranean stretching out before you.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a modern en-suite with walk in shower enclosure. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a modern en-suite with bath. Both bedrooms have ample storage. The Lounge has seating for 4 plus Dining Table and 4 chairs, TV, DVD Player and Internet Access. We have a large collection of DVD's and ample supply of Books and Games.

The spacious Terrace has a large table with 6 chairs plus additional seating and an Electric Grill. The apartment has marble/tiled floors throughout and electric shutters on all windows. Electrically operated blinds span the terrace to protect from the sun.

If you can tear yourselves away from the panoramic views from our terrace, then a 15 min walk will take you to the port and the old town, or the local bus stops immediately outside the gate.

Antibes Railway Station is 1/2 km from our apartment and offers easy access to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Italy.

You will be greeted at the apartment by our Agent who will be available for help and advice for the duration of your stay.

Our home in the UK is in the country with wonderful views of rolling hills, so it was important that our home in France had sea views. We fell in love with Antibes the moment we stepped off the train and knew this was the spot but spent nearly a year finding the right place to buy. We chose our apartment because of the amazing views and the very large terrace (a unique find in Antibes).

What makes this apartment unique

After a day sightseeing or strolling around the market in Antibes, it's great to come back for a swim in the pool, a glass of rose on the terrace and dinner with the best views in Antibes!

Antibes a great place for a vacation

Second visit to this apartment and would certainly recommend it. Tasteful decor - rooms all a good size - spotlessly clean - marvellous view from the balcony (where we seemed to spend most of our time)

If you like to cook, after a visit to the local market, there is everything you would need in the kitchen - excellently kitted out - including electric BBQ -( there are evenings when one just enjoys watching the boats go by!). Trains and buses just minutes away so great if you like to hop on public transport to do some exploring.

My review is short - only because I love everything about this accommodation. Super place for the perfect holiday.

Superbly Presented Apartment with amazing views

This was our second visit to the apartment and Helen had decorated and replaced some of the furniture . It is a stunning well equipped apartment the views are beautiful and very relaxing . We love the location 20 minute stroll to the center of Antibes . 10 minute to the train station so if you don't want to hire a car then no need . The train runs frequently to Nice , Menton , Monaco in fact all along the coast line . Plus a bus goes from outside around to Juan le Pin . There are lots of good restaurants local markets . Sallis beach is great for every day along with Ponteil . If you want beach beds and a nice lunch then Keller beach fits the bill . My family tell me im fanatical about cleanliness and this is another reason why I like staying here . The apartment is spotless and modern . We will definitely going back .

Splendid location.

Perfectly equipped and confortable apartment. We appreciated the absolute quiet as compared to the bustle of downtown. Stunning view of Old Antibes, Fort Carrè, the Gulf and far away Nice and the Alps.

We appreciated Suzanne welcome on arrival, the welcome kit in the fridge, the great DVD library.

We hope to go back next year.

beautiful vieuw, lovely appartement,

Everything was perfect, from the first contact by mail with the owner to the end of our stay. The appartement is very comfortbale, very well furnished, has a huge terrasse with an incredible vieuw from Nice to the Cap d'Antibes, you feel there so well than you have only one idea to come back as soon as possible. The prefect base from which to tour the Riviera!

This condo is ecactly as advertised. The view is breathtaking and the balcony is large and the perfect place to sit and enjoy the view of Antibes, its harbor and a panoramic view of the Côte d'Azur! We were glad we stayed in Antibes rather than Nice as it is less congested and well located to visit all of the Riviera. We drove to St. Tropez, Monte Carlo and Eze, Biot and St Paul de Venice and Nice. You can also take the train to these towns as the station is just down the hill from the condo. We took the coastal walk around Cap Ferrat which was a highlight for us. We ate in Antibes most nights and parked in an underground lot just next to the huge Ferris Wheel. It was easy to find and didnt cost much. We also made dinner in the ondo 3 times. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need just like home. There was even a garlic press!! The frig was stocked with wine, water, juice, milk, butter, crackers, coffee and other items to get us started. We used the dishwasher and washing machin which were easy to use. Detergent for both was included as was paper towel, toilet paper, soap and dish detergent. The condo is in very good condition and everything was in working order and clean.

Suzanne greeted us on time and made check in easy. She was also easy to reach when we had a few questions. Helen, the owner, was also extremely helpful and great to deal with.

We were there in October, so we didn't go to the beach, but there are many nice beaches within a 5-10 min drive from the condo.

Our favorite restaurant was Le Brulot! Try it and make sure you go to the daily market in Antibes. It's got everything!!

We travel quite often and rent apartments on a regular basis, I pride myself on the ability to select quality properties and I most definitely did it again! I would highly recommend this beautiful condo for your stay on the Riviera,

This apartment is quite simply a real find, it is incredibly well equipped and beautifully styled, with a good sized pool.The large balcony with a spectacular view from Cap d'Antibes to Nice,taking in the Old Town, Port Vaubin,and Fort Carre is spectacular. Helen and the agent Suzanne were a pleasure to deal with, we would have no hesitation in booking again.

Antibes is a beautiful old fortified town dating back to the 5th century BC, and is ideally situated between Nice and Cannes. The old walled town is a labyrinth of tiny cobbled streets, crammed with bars, restaurants and shops to suit all budgets.

A walk around the historic ramparts will reveal the spectacular coastal scenery and also lead you to the famous Picasso Museum which houses one of the largest collections of the artist as well as his studio where he worked during his stay in 1946.

The daily Provencal market is a spectacular sight, bursting with fruit, veg, cheese, fish and spices. Port Vauban is one of Europe's biggest harbours and home to some of the world's largest private yachts and at the entrance to the harbour is the 16th century Fort Carre, where Napoleon Bonaparte was once imprisoned.

The closest ski resort of Greolieres les Neiges is approx. 60 km away with 29 runs and snow cannons. Aurons and Isola 2000 are 100 km on either side of the Var valley with both having a good selection of pistes, ski school and ski hire.

There are around 18 Golf courses in the region. The Cannes Mougins is a top class course with a Michelin restaurant.
