We develop properties from complete renovation and/or refurbishment into successful holiday lets and acquire apartments through lease or purchase in the most prime locations the city has to offer. We still consider ourselves a ‘boutique’ business with a philosophy of quality over quantity with the number apartments we take on. We take great care in both design and presentation of our rentals, as well as the services we offer. We have a small and dedicated team who all have approx 10 years experience in hospitality and we only take on renovations projects which capture the spirit and history of Prague while maintaining all the comforts of modern living. We also provide consultation in all aspects of Prague real estate investment but specialize in the holiday rental sector. We are especially excited about merging property development with tourism. The apartment was wonderful! Great location, well-appointed, worked perfectly for us!
The apartment is in a great location. Easy to reach by tram from the train station and easy walking distance to Old Town and the major sites. Check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very spacious, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Good set-up for two couples, families and friends. We appreciated the elevator after a day of lots of walking. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were useful.
This is the apartment you want in Prague!
The care and attention to detail you see in the photos perfectly represents our experience in June 2018. The apartment was tastefully decorated, had ample space for our family of four, and was very comfortable. As far as things you do not see in the photos: double paned windows kept the apartment very quiet, mattresses were firm and comfortable (as were the three sofas), two sets of quality towels provided per person, and a fully stocked kitchen. Within one block of the apartment are several great restaurants, a coffee shop, and a small market (a larger market is about a ten minute walk). We easily walked to most tourist attractions. But when we needed one, tram stops were only a couple of blocks away.
What earned the apartment five stars however, was the owner. It is clear Ilan takes a lot of pride in hosting guests. Ilan was readily available through email before our visit and by phone during our stay. He arranged car service for us upon our arrival and departure. He offered thoughtful suggestions on restaurants and activities for our family. And there was plenty of helpful, well-organized information provided in the apartment about Prague and the surrounding area. While the apartment was well designed to meet our needs, it was ultimately Ilan who made us feel comfortable and welcomed during our stay.
Beautiful Prague apartment!
The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable! It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, etc. The location was within walking distance or tram ride from everywhere we wanted to visit. The owners were very attentive to our needs. The area is noisy at night but earplugs allowed us to enjoy the fresh air without any issues. I would like to mention that the listing states that there are two bathrooms when in fact there is only one toilet in the apartment. Also, there is a washing machine but no dryer. There is a large drying rack that worked very well for us. We enjoyed the small balcony very much. Thank you Ilan and Veronika for a lovely visit!
Beautiful Apartment, Great Location
The apartment is well furnished, comfortable, and functional. The little balcony provides an ideal spot to get fresh air and enjoy a beverage! The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to Charles Bridge, the Old Town, grocery stores and shopping. If you are going to Prague, stay here!

Great apartment, perfect location
A great place for Prague. We were two 30-something couples and had a brilliant time in April 2018. The flat was ideal - we used it as a base a lot for nipping in and out and doing things. Really close to bars, restaurants and transport. Lots of space. Very clean and tidy. Friendly host. Definitely recommend.

This central down-town Prague apartment is located in a historical building in Prague 1, steeped in history. Hidden away from the main tourist bustle you will find the area has a local feel, yet it is cetral enough to allow easy access to all the main attractions. The national theatre is a 5 min walk as is the famous Café Louvre, which Einstein once frequented. Prague's most well-known restaurant and brewery, U Fleku, is a 2 min walk up the street. This is the oldest brewery in central Europe and has been brewing beer for over 500 years. A beautiful walk through the winding, cobbled streets around the apartment, which abound with ornate restaurants shops and cafes, will take you in 5 min to the Vltava river from where can enjoy a pleasant 5-10 min walk along the river to the Charles Bridge. A few mins walk from the apartment will also take you to Narodni Trida and Wenceslas square. From Narodni Trida you can catch the number 22 tram to the castle and Mala Strana.

If you book on line there is no balance to be paid upon arrival. Cleaning fees are included and we dont requiere security deposit. Balance for on line bookings is due 14 days before arrival. If we agree collect balance upon arrival you can pay in cash (Euros or CZK). There is no extra charge for cash payment, but a 4% surcharge for PayPal payments. In this case the balance will be converted into CZK based on the exchange rate provided by XE and the sum will be agreed by both parties before payment. Payment of the balance on line before arrival is also possible and subject to the same conditions. Cash payment in currencies other than EURO can also be considered. Stays of less than three nights are subject to the discretion of the owner
