The Apartment occupies one of the most sought after locations in Woolacombe, right on the sea front within 100 metres of the glorious beach. There is a fantastic living room and kitchen which both have stunning views directly onto Woolacombe's beautiful beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The Juliet Balcony shares this same amazing view. There are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The room with twin beds is large enough to accommodate an extra child if you bring your cot or use the folding bed supplied. There is a brand new large family bathroom with a huge walk in shower, basin and WC. There is a second toilet. We have recently installed Wi-Fi directly to the apartment. The village of Woolacombe as a wide range of pubs serving good food, a range of restaurants and shops. The nearby Woolacombe Bay Hotel also has a swimming pool, health spa and great gym which are all available to the public. There is also several surf outlets in the village.

My wife and I bought Apartment 3 Sandleigh Woolacombe after we fell in love with the area whilst on holiday ourselves. For the last 20 years we have taken our caravan to the area and always loved it. This year an opportunity arose to purchase an amazing property, with a perfect location within 100 metres of Woolacombe beach. We took the opportunity !

Woolacombe is an exceptionally attractive coastal village situated in picturesque North Devon. The village contains great pubs, a good choice of restaurants, shops and has one of the best beaches in the world. For those who enjoy walking, Woolacombe is surrounded by National Trust land and there are some wonderful walks and fantastic cliff top footpaths, including the South West Path. Fantastic location with long reaching views over the bay.
We had never been to Woolacombe before and will certainly return! The apartment was well positioned and well equipped.We made full use of the balcony! Parking was an advantage as it was on the premises. The accommodation was comfortable. Handy to have books provided but I felt the dvds could have been updated. It was a fantastic base from which to explore, One thing that could not be anticipated however was the noise travelling from the flat above both late at night and before 8am. (footsteps only luckily!) it made me tiptoe around in case we were having the same effect on the flat below! Would certainly return!
Great property close to all amenities
We had a really lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Woolacombe, To wake up to such a panoramic view was extraordinarily beautiful, and the apartment was nicely furnished. Just perfect to walk to the beach, and pop back for lunch etc.

Gorgeous weekend in perfectly situated flat
Chris and Liz were delightful hosts, very easy to communicate with, welcoming and attentive both before and during our stay.
The flat itself is perfect for a holiday or weekend stay, well equipped with comfortable beds, a great shower and brilliantly equipped kitchen - the only thing we missed was a freezer for our ice cream!
The situation is stunning with a lovely balcony looking out over the incredible beach which is just minutes away.
We would whole-heartedly recommend this place for a family or group of friends - we hope very much to come back in the future.

The property was exactly as described. The facilities were exactly as required for a very pleasant stay (perfectly set up for surfboard storage too), the property was clean and the customer service from the owner was perfect. Although we knew that the apartment was ideally located right in the heart of Woolacombe, it still did not prepare us for just how stunning the view from the main window was. We would definitely recommend staying here.
The 3 mile golden sandy beach of Woolacombe is 100 metres from your front door. The beach has won a host of awards for cleanliness, water quality and excellent facilities. The beach is lifeguarded and renowned for excellent surfing. It is also popular with families providing safe swimming with a beach that slopes gently into the sea. The beach is lifeguarded and huge. Woolacombe also has a number of smaller secluded beaches such as Barricane Beach, Grunta Beach and Rockham Beach.
Woolacombe is easily reached on the A361 (The North Devon Link Road) which links the coastal resorts of North Devon with the M5 motorway.

Although the Apartment does not have a phone there is an excellent 3G signal and we have now installed WIFI direct to the apartment.
