About Julie Ingram

I live with my husband and our two young girls on our 30 acre croft at Dunmore Beauly. We moved here five years ago and have been running the croft on which we have some sheep, hens, horses, two cats and our Labrador Mia. We have recently built a new family home and are delighted to welcome you to our farmhouse in which we hope you will enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Julie Ingram purchased this in 2007

Why Julie Ingram chose Inverness

We fell in love with Dunmore Farm on the first viewing, not only with the space and freedom it offered, but of course the magnificent panoramic view. Despite its peaceful setting, it is conveniently situated within 1.5 miles of the lovely village of Beauly with its many amenities and quaint square - the perfect location!

What makes this unique

Every day you look out the window there is something different to see, from the incredible sunrises to the changing landscape. Right on the doorstep there are lovely woodland walks and an abundance of wildlife from Mr Fox to the wonderful Red Kites which soar above the field on a daily basis. We feel very lucky indeed!

All that we dreamed of...

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at Dunmore House for three nights. The location was perfect and the house was a perfect fit for us....right down to being able to nurse the lambs the morning that we departed. Definitely the highlight of our Scottish vacation!

Fantastic Stay in Beauly

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's farmhouse. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and then had a very pleasant and comfortable stay for three nights. Fit our family of five perfectly, and we absolutely took good advantage of the full kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent!!! Definitely Recommend!!!

  • 5 of 5

My wife, two kids (10 and 6), and I had a fantastic stay at this house. Julie met us when we arrived and did a great job explaining the various aspects of the house to us. We asked about things to do in the area and she provided a great deal of information, including an off-the-beaten-path hike to a local loch. We went on this hike and were rewarded with beautiful views of the loch. My kids loved it! The house is beautiful with plenty of space. It is very well taken care of. You can't go wrong renting this house for your Scotland trip!

Stunning views from a welcoming home

  • 5 of 5

We travelled as a family of 5 and enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Dunmore Cottage. The home was well equipped with lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, great showers and a full size kitchen for cooking and eating. The location provided a good base from which to explore Inverness and the area around Loch Ness. Our favorite family memory is sitting at the dining room table together and looking out at that magnificent view! Thank you Julie for being such a lovely host.
