About the property

220 sqm 5 bed, 4 bath penthouse chalet only 400m from the ski lifts and village centre, and parking for 2 cars.

Residence Corniche is located in the village of Nendaz, right in the middle of the 4-Vallees ski area. The penthouse sleeps up to 10 people in five rooms (there is also a pop-up travel cot for babies and toddlers). The penthouse is arranged over two floors, with ski lockers in the basement. It is furnished to an exceptionally high degree, with Starck bathroom fittings, and natural stone throughout. Located near to the centre of the village, about 200m from Nendaz cable car (Tracouet), yet it has spectacular jaw-dropping views over Valais. With underfloor heating throughout, free high-speed wifi, two lounge areas both with TV and DVD, it's a great place to stop after a hard day on the slopes. The penthouse is ideal for two families, or a medium size group looking for high quality self-catered Alpine accommodation. About Nick Fox

Hi - I'm the owner of the penthouse at Residence Corniche. The apartment was built in 2009, and I bought it directly from the developer, and specified the interior layout and furnishings. I try and ski about 6 weeks a year with my family, and we generally only rent the penthouse for about 6 weeks a year. I spend about 2 months a year in Haute Nendaz, and I know most of the key people, from ski schools to guiding to babysitters to chefs, just let me know what you need (or what you might need) and I'm sure I can can help you.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. Property cleaned before and after stay. Towels and linen can be changed during stay for extra charge. Additional cleaning can be arranged during stay for extra charge. Other: Hallway with shoe racks and clothes hooks and bench. It was great place and superb view. We all loved it. Only thing was not nice that the stairs and balcony was full with snow. It was very dangerous with kids. I was disappointed that they cleaned the stairs and balcony for next family, but not for us.

We had very heavy snowfall before your stay which i suspect prevented the cleaners from clearing the balcony before your arrival, so apologies if it inconvenienced you. A car is recommended, although is a bus stop for the ski-buses that circulate through the village and the surrounding ski-stations of the 4-vallees.

Please contact me to make a booking. A 25% deposit will be needed to confirm a booking, and the balance within 6 weeks of departure. A returnable CHF500 breakage deposit will also be taken - and this will be returned within 10 days of your departure.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, although we are very flexible.

All prices are in CHF. Please contact me if you want to pay in a different currency or if you want to arrive/depart outside of the Sat-Sat 7 day standard cycle.
