What makes this Apartment unique
The walks along the coast are superb - in both directions. The views from the apartment (and balcony) are wonderful. There are some lovely restaurants nearby but nothing beats a meal on our balcony looking out to sea!

This apartment was ideal for our 2 week family holiday. Great base near Paphos but away from crowds. (It would be difficult without a car however - though very convenient bus service to Pahos/Coral Bay). Apartment has everything we needed from the basics to plenty of CDs/DVDs for entertainment when it was too hot to go out, plus pool/beach equipment etc. Pool area excellent and used every day.

This apartment is located right on the rocky shoreline. One hundred metres away is a small fisherman's cove where you can watch the boats come and go. One hundred metres in the opposite direction is a small pebbly beach. The nearest sandy beach is 1 km away.
Paphos Airport (modern and small) is 15 km away.
A car is recommended. However, there is an excellent bus service (nearest bus stop is 700m) with a standard cost of 1 euro for any trip.
Centre of Paphos is 7 km away.
Coral Bay Resort is 8 km away.
Arcadia Village is a delightfully small development right on the coast. It is ideal for a nice quiet holiday. There is one bar (The Dimma Bar) within walking distance which will have all the major sports events on TV. The Pendaras restaurant nearby (400m) has an excellent reputation and often has live music.
Booking Notes: To book the apartment a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. The balance is required 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings taken within 6 weeks of arrival the full amount is required. Payment can be by direct transfer to our bank account, cheque, or Credit Card via Paypal (n.b. a 4% surcharge is required for Paypal). Changeover Day: We are flexible regarding day of arrival/departure. The apartment will normally be available by 2 pm on the day of arrival and the normal check-out time is 10 am.
