As a family with 2 young children, we have been coming to Chamonix in summer and winter for many years and now regard it now as our 2nd home. There is so much to do here all year round with the children.

After searching a long time for a place that really stood out in Chamonix, we fell in love with Espace Montagne. Situated in a great location in central Chamonix, for us it was the modern open space living and quiet gardens overlooking the Mount Blanc mountain range that really made the apartment something special.

Cute, cozy apartment in fantastic location.
We were thrilled with this lovely apartment! The spaces are cozy and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. The location is ideal, steps from the ski bus, train station, market and all the great restaurants and shops Chamonix has to offer. All instructions for our stay were well communicated and the in-house manual was very helpful. Everything was seamless. Overall, a wonderful experience. I look forward to a return visit next season!

Excellent location and very comfortable
The apartment was superbly located in the centre of Chamonix, with shops, restaurants and mountain lifts a short walk away. Carrefour supermarket with better prices and a wider selection was a short drive away and the apartment had underground parking. For dietary reasons we did a lot of cooking and next time would remember to bring condiments, herbs and spices plus a dish drainer and dishwasher tablets. Apart from that, everything you could need was there including a very generous supply of coat hangers.

a couples getaway
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Chamonix. Our apartment was perfect for us. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Backyard view of Mont Blanc while enjoying breakfast and drinks on the patio. Had a car also, so parking was great. Would recommend this place for visiting Chamonix for a few days to a week.
Excellent apartment in the heart of Chamonix
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was as described, did wonder how the patio worked on the 1st floor be the owner soon put that to rest and although you go up a flight of stairs you start below ground floor. The directions supplied were plentiful and accurate the access worked just fine with MFC supplying the details in a timely manner a few days before.
It was clean and tidy on arrival, took a few minutes to figure out how to turn the fridge/freezer on as it wasn't covered (but was for turning off). Double bed (actually 2 twins but didn't notice until I stripped the bedding at the end. Other beds are presumably the L shaped sofa...can't comment as I didn't try to work out how to assemble it (didn't see any instructions but then wasn't looking.
It's a stones throw from the Place du Mont Blanc and the bus system and the train station is a few minutes walk. Shops and supermarkets also close to hand. Great bread shop round the corner on the right.
I'd certainly take this apartment again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a central position in Chamonix.

Special interest holidays:
While Chamonix is world renowned for its world class mountaineering, skiing, walking and rock climbing. There is however so much more to do, particularly for families with children. The local leisure centre offers both outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Try activities such as archery, white water rafting, canyoning and paragliding. There is also a spectacular golf course. For children visit the St Bernards Dogs kennels and try dog sleighing with Husky dogs. There's also an adventure park situated in the wooded area overlooking Mount Blanc, with tree top climbing activities. Visit one of the many animal parks open in winter and summer. Opposite the apartment there is also the facilities to relax and have a massage and beauty treatments.
