Hello - I'm Russell Donnelly and I have owned this flat for some 15 years now. I used to live here permanently but now reside in Lymington but come up to Town for meetings etc. I have recently totally refurbished the property, completely redecorated from top to bottom with all new/contemporary furniture ready to rent out as a holiday or business let. I used to own my own advertising agency in Covent Garden but since selling, I run a Yacht Boot and Deck Shoe business in Lymington as well as being involved with my investment business of 5 nursing homes in the New Forest area.

I owned my own advertising agency in Covent Garden so required a centrally located apartment. I have always loved the Kensington area because of the wealth of restaurants and shops but combined with a more intimate atmosphere.

Great Location Lots of Space
Apartment location was ideal. Close to two tube stops and central to groceries and restaurants. Very roomy with 3 Bedrooms and a nice size kitchen. Very clean and well kept up
An immaculate quiet flat well positioned near Kensington High Street
Our three generation family of two grandparents, two parents and two young boys enjoyed staying at your apartment for four nights.The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful yet just off Kensington High Street, literally a minute from restaurants and shops, with excellent transport links into town. There are many sights nearby including museums and parks. You were very accommodating in welcoming us in person with helpful info on both the flat and the area. The photos are accurate and the kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. The only slight down side was that we had not appreciated the difficulty we would have in accessing the bath/shower by the steps which both young and old found a bit of a challenge. However, in all other respects we found the apartment relaxing with pristine bedding and towels and lovely fresh decor throughout. We would be happy to stay again.
Great base in London
Easily reached from the airport by train and on the ground floor made the start of a week in London at this property very simple after the long flight from Australia. The flat is well positioned for walking to main sights or for use of public transport to go further a field. It is as described and true to the images, quiet and very clean with good bedding, plenty of hot water and fast WiFi. Although the kitchen and bathroom are very small, the rest of the flat is comfortably spacious. The deep bath, including tiled steps (better avoided in a steamy bathroom) might be a little precarious for the very young or physically challenged. Communication with the owner was more complex than experienced for other properties we used, with some email confusion and wrong numbers supplied, but it all worked out well in the end. We would use this property again.
@ 20 minutes by car from London Heathrow. Travelling by tube, take Piccadilly line to Earls Court and District & Circle line north to High Street Kensington Tube Station. 5 Min walk to flat from here.

Kensington High Street offers a plethora of excellent restaurants and bars and there is an excellent choice of shops including Massimo Dutti, Gap, Marks & Spencers, Russell & Bromley and many more and on a more practical level, an excellent Waitrose supermarket just around the corner! About a 20 minute walk or very short cab ride will bring you to Sloane Square and the very trendy King's Road. There are also so many museums that can be so very easily accessed from the flat like the National History Museum, Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert. You are only a short tube ride away from Oxford Street, Regent Street and the very colourful and lively Covent Garden
