We felt that the accommodation was good value for money. The layout and room sizes where perfect. Two bathrooms with showers is also a bonus.
The apartment was always nice and warm and we were warm in bed although it was quite cold outside.
The position was great for buses and taxis into the city centre and for local restaurants. It is an easy flat walk to the ocean terminal
Apartment is bright close to all amenities and city centre. There is a direct bus, number35, that drops you off from the airport just a stone throw from the apartment. Very convenient. You can hear the seagulls and the flat faces a nice quiet patio so no car noise
The apartment is spacious and contemporary. We ll definitely book it again if we have a chance to come back.
More plates and glasses would be appreciated...as there are just 6 plates and 6 tumblers and it is a bit short if you wish to use the dishwasher.
But overall we have really loved staying in this flat and Leith is a pleasant maritime neighbourhood

The property was immaculate and very tasteful. It was very close to all the landmarks that we wanted to go to. Jayne was also very welcoming and helpful. All in all, 'perfect'. We will definitely be back
This apartment with 3 sleeping rooms is easy accessable by bus from the center of Edinburgh. Shops are nearby, and a parking garage is just next to the building. The rooms are equipped with modern furniture and all is in a good condition.
The property is spotlessly clean, there is everything you could possibly need for your self catering stay. Large rooms, plenty of space. The added bonus of a car parking space in the garage was a bonus. The apartment is situated in a very convenient place for supermarkets, bus routes, and is within easy walking distance of the Ocean Terminal. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again. jayne was very helpful and courteous.
This apartment was perfect. We had an absolute fantastic time. The apartment was specious and was in the perfect location. It was clean and well maintained. Jayne made sure everthing was perfect for our arrival. Having a parking spot was fantastic as it was a short drive to so many fantastic tourist spots. I would definitly recommend this to everyone.
We had a family visit in Edinburgh; my husband en me, our 2 sons with their girlfriends. The apartment was very well suitable for this situation.
