Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in a modern luxury complex in Olhos d’Agua on the sunny Algarve. Superbly finished, boasting top of the range fittings and facilities including free Wi-Fi. A fully fitted kitchen, one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower). A spacious second bedroom with 2 singles, a fold up bed and a large cot. Bedding for the travel cot is not provided. A second bathroom with shower and additional toilet. The lounge and master bedroom both have private balconies, sun loungers and views of the sea and countryside (great for Sun Downers!). Guests have full use of the communal and kids pools and flood-lit tennis court, all surrounded by excellently landscaped gardens. The complex is secured with locking gates, CCTV and guests will benefit from secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment (ideal for getting the buggy out!). The beach is only 8 mins walk away. The resort is spoilt by an excellent choice of cafes and restaurants. Only 25 mins drive from Faro, 10 minutes from Albufeira.

About Kevin McHugh

We bought the apartment in 2008 and have spent the last 9 years holidaying in the apartment. We have children who are 10 and 13 years old and we are really conscious of child safety and knowing how to ensure children enjoy themselves (and therefore allow parents to relax!) We spent a long time travelling around the Algarve before we settled on the village of Olhos D'Agua. It really is a beautiful village. Most of the rentals are families but also we have our fair share of couples, friends and retirees, with many return customers. A true testimony to the quality the apartment and resort offers.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is located in a secure gated complex, suitable for individuals, couples and families with children. Wi-Fi, Travel cot, bed guard and high-chair available free of charge. No smoking in the apartment or on the balconies. Unfortunately pets are not permitted. Outside: The complex is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and offers our guests a relaxing sun terrace with sun loungers, 2 shared pools (1 children’s pool) and toilets. A complimentary floodlit tennis court is also available. The apartment itself has 2 private balconies, sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Clean bedding and towels included. Mid stay linen change and bathroom clean for 2 week bookings. Beach towels are not provided. Other: Spacious hall area with security phone. Additional equipment includes hairdryer and sun parasol. Communal lift to gardens and designated underground parking space.

Impressive Stay.......

Couldn't get over the size of the apartment, we normally do hotels but this time we fancied a wee change, and glad we did, totally well looked after apartment, clean, and all and more in the great kitchen, everything is within walking distance beach, bars / restaurant's, some nice eateries close by, although literally minutes from the main road the apartment was quiet and we enjoyed our sleep and rest, certainly would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here or rebooting a break for ourselves again.

Stayed for ten days and had great relaxing time. Kevin gave us loads of information let us check out later on our return spit on. The apartment is in a great location everything is within walking distance great restaurants and bars a little gem in the algarve will be back again.

Lovely apartment, just perfect.

Booked this for a last minute family holiday. The apartment owner ( Kevin) was so helpful from the start and booked our taxi from the airport for us, which was great. We arrived a few hours before the check in time but Tracy allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment so we could have a walk round and enjoy a coffee and cake at the lovely bakery/cafe down the road, whilst the apartment was being cleaned etc. The apartment was lovely and clean and a great size for a family of four. The pool was great especially for the kids and we never had a problem getting a sun lounger. The supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops are all within very easy walking distance as are the two beaches. There is a bus stop, taxi rank and tourist information at the end of the road which is so handy for day trips out. Overall a fab apartment in a brilliant location.

Clean, spacious and really well equipped!

Just stayed for a 7 day break. The property was so well set up for holidaying. Whether lazy days by the pool or using the apartment as a base for day trips out it really worked perfectly. So happy to have found such an amazing place to stay in an area we love we will definitely be booking again. Thank you

Great apartment in great location

Good spacious apartment very clean and well maintained , kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is private and very secure. Two god sized balconies and the pool area is lovely. The beach is close by with a number of shops, bars and restaurants. Just 10 mins away in a taxi to Albufeira. The owner was very helpful and friendly and can be easily contacted. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning.

Car: not necessary


You are spoilt for an excellent choice of beaches, all within a short walk. The nearest is Olhos d’Agua which is a 5 minute walk. A few more minutes walk takes you to the beautiful beaches of Falesia and Maria Luisa. All have excellent restaurants and cafes which are ideal for watching the sunset whilst enjoying some of the best dining in the Algarve.


A huge choice of airlines offering really competitive flight choices to Faro Airport. The complex is a short 30 min drive from Faro airport. Car hire is inexpensive but not required as most amenities are within walking distance of the property.

Airport transfer details can be provided upon request.


Olhos D’Agua is located approx 10 minute drive from Albufeira and 20 minute drive from Vilamoura Golf Resort.

Zoomarine (marine park) – 20 minute drive

Algarve Shopping (including 10 pin bowling and cinema complex) - 20 minute drive away

Aqua Land and Slide & Splash water parks - within 30 minutes drive

Almancil Go Karting - A 760m race track that is designed to replicate the Brazilian Circuit of Jacarepagua - within 30 minute drive

Further Details:

A well stocked supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. A taxi rank, bus stop, pharmacy, bakery and ATM are also approx 150 yards away.

Algarve Shopping Mall – over 100 fashion and lifestyle shops and huge food court.

Booking Notes:
A 25% (of total cost) non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The outstanding balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. A breakage deposit of £150.00 is also payable at this time to be returned to our guests after departure subject to apartment inspection.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day. Access to the apartment is from 3pm on the day of arrival and it must be vacated by 11am upon departure. However we will accommodate variations to this schedule where possible.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
