Villa Drage is highly recommendable and hopefully we can go back to this beautiful area and Villa Drage once again.

Amazing Villa with amazing hosts!!!
When I first made the reservation, I was VERY nervous transferring such a large amount of money directly to the homeowners bank account. You hear horror stories all the time about scams like that BUT THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! I am so happy I went through with the booking. The reviews on HomeAway and the many other websites (google "Villadrage") are all legit. During the booking process, Arsen was always quick to reply to messages and made booking the home a breeze.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the Hosts who prepared a small meal for us as well as welcome drinks! They showed us around the beautiful home and were great the entire trip. I've never had hosts that were more welcoming than they were.
The home is furnished well and they have everything you could need. If you do find yourself needing anything, the grocery store is very close by. The airport is less than 10 minutes away and the town of Trogir is also really close by. Split was a little further but the drive isn't bad at all.
The pool, home and yard were very clean. it made for a very comfortable stay. It was a very relaxing trip and I'm very grateful to Arsen and his family for letting us stay at their beautiful Villa. We even purchased some of their award winning olive oil!
Beautiful property full of character and fabulous views
I would definitely recommend Villa Drage.
As two families with teenagers the villa was perfect, there was plenty of space for everyone inside the villa and outside around the pool. Mladen and his wife are wonderful hosts and greeted us on arrival with some wonderful food and their award winning olive oil. The pictures are a true representation of the villa with beautiful uninterrupted views. It is easily accessibly by car from the main road. Trogir is a short drive where there are plenty of restaurants and small shops. Split airport was a 10 minute drive. KrKa National Park was a 40 minute drive, which is well worth visit.
Stunning views and villa!
We just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Drage for my mum's 60th birthday. It was a pleasure to meet Mladen and his wife who made our stay extra special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they helped us hire a boat to go island hopping, and were quick to help with whatever we needed... they also produce the most delicious olive oil!
We were 6 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space in the villa. The views were simply breathtaking from everywhere! Everything inside the villa is finished to a very high spec and there are plenty of towels / a full kitted out kitchen and an outdoor BBQ area. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Its is in a perfect location, being close to Trogir and not too far from Split and a 5 minute drive to the local supermarket. Highly recommended!
As in pictures, view stunning
Mladen and his wife were extremely welcoming when we arrived, showing us around the villa, and they had prepared some food and drinks for us.
The villa itself is exactly as in pictures - super clean, lots of space, the downstairs bath being a particular highlight! The surroundings are really quiet, the view is stunning.
The only downside to our stay was the temperature of the pool. We asked for it to be heated (costing 50 euros per day) however the temperature was around 20 degrees for the majority of our stay and didnt get much warmer. This meant we couldn't fully enjoy the pool comfortably.
Other than that I would 100% recommend this villa.
Villa Drage was built on a fenced property of 16,000 square meters. It's located on the slopes of Kozjak near the town of Trogir. Fantastic panoramic view of Kastela Bay and Split will leave you breathless. You will enjoy in peaceful atmosphere among 400 olive and almond trees.
Villa Drage is situated perfectly for you to visit many gems of Adriatic coast, like three old towns under UNESCO heritage protection - Split, Trogir and Dubrovnik.
Trogir, a harmonious stone town on a small island that is connected to the mainland and the island of Čiovo by bridges. The old town, under UNESCO protection, is a treasure trove for lovers of art, Renaissance and Baroque buildings, Romanesque churches...The small, narrow streets and small village squares, numerous restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and galleries, along with numerous cultural and music open air events give this town a special atmosphere of the Mediterranean.

Split is the largest city in Dalmatia, the second largest city in Croatia. Do you know that the unique centre of Split, which is on the UNESCO list of World Heritage, has risen on the foundation of the summer villa of the Emperor Diocletian in 305? Although 17 centuries of undisturbed life within the walls has resulted in many primal works such as the Emperor’s mausoleum which was later incorporated into the cathedral of Sv. Duje [St. Duje], Diocletian’s palace is today the true symbol of Split. Indulge yourself in Split's easygoing state of mind, treat yourself with local specialties in numerous restaurants and bars and enjoy vibrant nightlife (Split is home to Ultra Europe festival).

"Those who seek paradise on Earth must come to Dubrovnik”, wrote George Bernard Shaw, smitten by the beauty of the city whose untouched,1940 m long defensive walls - today under the protection of UNESCO - girdle in a city which carries the appellation of the Pearl of the Adriatic.
Dubrovnik, the center of the southernmost region of Dalmatia and its most famous representative, is also the star on the front pages of many prestigious world magazines, as well as being at the very top of the scale of the most beautiful cities of the world.
Distance from Villa Drage: 250 km
Interesting note: Popular HBO TV show "Game of Thrones" is being filmed in all three of mentioned towns.
You can also visit a city of Zadar where you can see famous "Sea organ" and "Greeting to the sun" monuments and enjoy "the most beautiful sunset in the world".
Distance: 150 km
Also, a beautiful city called Šibenik is just 30 minutes drive from the Villa. Very near (in Solin, few kilometers before Split) you can visit Salona - well preserved ruins of an ancient Roman town dating as 2 centuries B.C. Above it there's also a famous Klis fortress an top of the Kozjak mountain. It was also where Game of Thrones was filmed (city of Meereen).
Regarding amazing and really stunningly beautiful National Parks in the region we are recommending to visit: National park Krka (distance from the villa - 45 km), National park Kornati (distance from the villa - 95 km), National park Paklenica (distance from the villa - 138 km) and National park Plitvice Lakes which is considered to be one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world (distance from the villa - 225 km).
