Apartment: 3 bedrooms / 8 people, NEXT TO BEACH, FACING THE POOL. WIFI

It is an apartment located in a small surrounded gated development of villas and low-rise buildings, frontline beach, with gardens, lift, disabled access, covered (1 private square) garage, swimming pool open in high season ( June to September inclusive), paddle free Community attic and solarium with stunning views of the beach and marshes. FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING IN GROUND FLOOR OF DUPLEX. COVERED GARAGE. Fully equipped, including dishwasher, wood patio furniture in white and large umbrella. Covered patio for outside dining in summer, very cool.

In high season there are hammocks in the pool.

A 3 kilometers Field Isla Canela GOLF (18 holes).

The complex has direct access to the beach, 7 km sandy tan. There is not even cross the road, with communal pool and free paddle.

The apartment is a ground floor duplex with private access to covered patio, storage room full furnished terrace, even parasol, terrace and private garden closed with easy access to the pool. 2 chairs and beach umbrella left.

Downstairs there is a hall, bathroom, bedroom with double bed (1.35), kitchenette in the dining-room (20 Total square meters). Upstairs there are 2 large double bedrooms (2 beds of 90 in each bedroom, a sofa-bed and the other can put a mattress with mattress 1.35) and bathroom with shower.

It has TRAVEL COT.

The apartment has FREE WIFI hot-cold air just downstairs.

The apartment is fully equipped with furniture, appliances (cooker, freezer, electric heater, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron, etc.) and utensils.

Sheets and towels on request (8 euros per person per week)

It is a very quiet, ideal for rest, no noise or crowds on the beach, for families with children and elderly zone.

Pets are not allowed.

Schöner Maiwoche an der Costa de la Luz

Super Lage zum Strand, keine 100 m zu Fuß, gutes Strand Café direkt vor der Anlage, geräumige Tiefgarage, leider war der Pool trotz 30 Grad im Schatten nicht

geöffnet, die Vermieterin Arantza Ruiz war sehr freundlich und bemüht leider hat die Verständigung auf deutsch nicht so geklappt. Liegestühle für die Terrasse haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Ausstattung der Wohnung ansonsten gut.

Un estupendo apartamento

Hemos disfrutado de una semana excelente en el apartamento de la urbanización Los Mirlos en Isla Canela tanto por la climatología como por la estancia en el apartamento ya que éste reúne unas muy buenas condiciones : cercanía a la maravillosa playa, restaurantes, bares, tiendas cercanas.

El apartamento es espacioso y cómodo. con todo lo necesario para encontrarte agusto. Aparcamiento muy accesible. La piscina y el jardín para disfrutarlos.

Además una grandes posibilidades de hacer turismo por la zona. La propietaria muy amable. nos ayudó en todo momento para llegar sin perdernos. Es probable que repitamos; lo hemos recomendado a nuestra familia y amistades.

Precioso apartamento a 50 metros de la playa

El apartamento es una preciosidad, sencillo pero muy bien cuidado.No le falta detalle, tiene de todo.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y al ser una planta baja es muy cómodo para los niños porque tienen la piscina a un paso.

Una terraza muy grande y un patio cubierto ideal para comer en la calle.

Además, un punto fuerte es que tienen WIFI gratuito y plaza de garaje cubierta.

La urbanización es muy tranquila, y apenas nos juntamos en la piscina unos pocos vecinos.

A la playa se accede directamente desde la propia urbanización. Es una gran playa, de arena fina y amplio espacio para pasear, pescar, practicar deportes de vela (kitesurf, windsurf, ...).

Nos quedamos maravillados de este lugar.

El apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso. Fácil acceso a las zonas comunes y a la playa. No es caluroso y también tiene cerca la zona de restaurantes y tiendas.

Ideal para practicar distintos tipos de deportes.

Owner's Response: Gracias por haber pasado vuestras vacaciones en nuestra casa. Como muy bien decis, al ser una zona con viento moderado y amplio espacio dentro y fuera del agua, es habitual la práctica de kitesurf y surf en la playa.

Very quiet tourist area, with a 7 kilometer long beach of fine sand and tan, ideal for families with children and seniors.

It is a particularly quiet, no crowds and noise, with all services in summer and only 4 km from Ayamonte (with 20. 000).

Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms, each with 2 single beds of 90 cm (one also with sofa bed 90 cm and the other can put a mattress with another bed of 1.35 at the request of customers). It has travel cot for child up to a maximum of 12 months. Both rooms have large wardrobes.

Notes:
It's a great apartment in a small complex, almost like you're in a villa with pool. I have had tenants who have already repeated 5 times. The beach is the quietest you can see in Spain, ideal for families with young children, with wide sandy and suitable for swimming without danger zone. Possibility of sports such as windsurfing, sailing, boating, etc. front GOLF urbanization and only 3 kilometers from the apartment. Just 2 kilometers is the seaport of Punta del Moral and fishing. In peak season services to 300-500 meters and 3 kilometers in Ayamonte, 20. 000 people (over the year). Is car is recommended, especially out of high season.
