A small popular but quiet 10 acre Holiday Park set in landscaped and well maintained grounds. There is also a tennis court and childrens play area on site. The Lodges are arranged in well spaced groups of 4 with their own patio areas.The fully double glazed property has a 'T' shaped lounge/fully fitted kitchen/dining area downstairs with separate bathroom/shower.
Also at ground level is Bedroom 1 with bunk beds. The dining area has a single sofa bed and sliding privacy curtains across the archway if additional sleeping arrangements are required. Open staircase with baby gate at bottom, leads to Bedroom 2 - double bed with Velux skylight. Patio area outside. Parking for 1 car provided f.o.c. just a few yards from Lodge. Property has been well maintained throughout and offers a high degree of privacy. There is no additional charge per person. The Tariffs are for the Lodge regardless of the number of people staying there (Normally a max. of 4 ). Verbal reservations accepted providing deposit received within 7 days from communication.
Please note the holiday site currently has no Wi Fi availability ( currently waiting for Open Reach to provide the necessary services ). Normally good reception for 3G and 4G networks depending on your service providers.
Minimum stay is for 2 nights at a cost of £100 and applies to all dates except from July until 2nd week of Sept. when 7 nights is the normal minimum stay. Please enquire if you are looking for a shorter stay as we will accommodate if we can. A 3 night stay is charged at 50% of the weekly rate for that particular time of the year.
In all cases a £100 damage deposit will be required regardless of the length of your stay
