Set among a peaceful spot in the heart of Coral Bay and offering beautiful sea views, it is located just 200 meters from the popular sandy beach of Coral Bay which offers dining and cafe, sunbeds and umbrellas and numerous water sports. The center of Coral Bay which offers a wide variety of restaurants and tavernas is also located less than 200 meters away and here guests will find restaurants serving a wide selection of international cuisine ranging from Chinese to Tex Mex to Italian and also local. The villa itself has been furnished to a tasteful and modern standard and every thought has gone into making our guests enjoy their stay. There are 2 private swimming pools including a children's' pool, a home cinema room with a bar, wi fi throughout the villa, and UK TV channels. A full collection of indoor and outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas for up to 14 persons, and an outdoor lounge area overlooking the pool as well as a spacious outdoor dining area with barbeque facilities.

Outside: The property offers two outdoor shaded areas including an outdoor shaded dining area and a shaded outdoor lounge area. There are two private swimming pools with the main being a 5m X 11m with walk in steps with a pool heating option. All set among complete privacy. Utility Room: Games room featuring home cinema and bar as well as a table tennis area. Fabulous villa in the heart of coral bay

As a group of 13 plus a baby, we had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful villa. The villa is outstanding and had enough room for us all to live comfortably for 2 weeks. The villa catered for our every need and everything required for an enjoyable stay was provided. The pool area is fabulous which is where we spent most of our time. BBQ area was also put to very good use.

The villa is also very private and is in a lovely peaceful area.

The villa is situated very close to the beach and the main strip on coral bay, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Plenty to do in the surrounding area which didn’t require cars, buses or taxi’s.

Alexander was there to greet us on arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay.

All in all the villa exceeded our expectations and we had the most wonderful time there. Would defo return to this villa and the beautiful coral bay.

Amazing Villa & Great Holiday!

The Ivory Mansion is great! Very impressive to look at, decorated well, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. (It even had 3 kitchen areas) The outside space was fantastic, enough sun loungers for all 14 adults, towels provided, lovely Pool and a large social seating area as well as a long dining table that seated all of us for a BBQ. There is access to the rooftop which was great for watching the Sunset.

Location was great in terms of local shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Phillipos supermarket is a ten minute walk, and they offer free delivery for you and your shopping back to the villa which was amazing! Taxi’s into Paphos are easy to get, and cost about €20. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the villa which was perfect.

Chris Christou who was our contact when booking was great throughout and very prompt in answering all questions and queries we had prior to our holiday. He also organised a cleaner for us every morning which was perfect for a large group.

The water features were on timers, but did not come on during our week and we were told this needed to be requested when we arrived which we did not do. Nothing major, it would have just been nice to have it on at times.

Overall, a perfect place for large groups, no sound restrictions or noise from any other villas, great location and a luxurious Villa. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, fantastic property

We were a family group of 13 that shared this impressive villa for a week. We had a fab time, great facilities, excellent location and friendly/helpful owners. The only minor issue we had was how slippery the tiles are everywhere, especially around the pool. And it didn't matter how many times you tell a child not to run...! Just some simple grips on the tiles nearest the pool area would be of great benefit.but it would not stop us returning. Thanks for a great stay 😎

Excellent holiday

Property was lovely, highly decorated and furnished. Pool was lovely and warm with plenty of seating for everyone. Good location shops 2 minute walk away and beach round the corner, loads of bars and restaurants, huge supermarket nearby. Pool man came and cleaned pool regular and any problems we had management was there quick. Plently of towels and bedding provided, aircon in every room which was nice. Villa had 3 kitchens which we didn't realise which was helpful with feeding 13 people, and also there is access to the roof top with beautiful views.

Impressive and lots of space. Great location

The villa is certainly impressive and has more than enough social areas to take advantage of the glorious weather and setting. Alexander (owner) is extremely helpful and always at hand. He was very helpful when we had a small medical emergency. In saying this, the layout is a little odd and there were the odd bits of loose wiring or a pipe seemingly cutoff near the floor in the table tennis area (from rooms previous purpose?). Howeve, in saying this, these were very minor and not relevant as we were out and around outside most of the time. Just for the price, you'd expect these kind of things not yo be there.

By the way - unlike is often the case, the beds were fantastic!

Travel:

Paphos International Airport is located 25km from the villa or about 25 min drive. Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport, we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire.

Distances:

The villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay and is within a short walk of banks, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, and shops as well as the sandy beach of Coral Bay. Paphos International Airport is 25km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos which is located less than 10 mins by car and has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good night life. However, most guests remain within Coral Bay which is within a 2 minute walk and offers all amenities including a sandy beach.

Further Details:

This villa will appeal to guests who seek a truly luxury villa with a large and spacious private pool area and who do not necessarily wish to hire a car. This villa is very highly recommended. If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take the property off the market for you for a period of 3 days in order to offer some ‘breathing space’. Once you have found suitable flights, to secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank, by direct bank transfer, or via PayPal through most credit/debit cards. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you.
