This is a new and modern apartment in the heart of this very popular holiday location which provides luxury accommodation to sleep up to six guests, extensively redecorated and refurnished throughout.

Just a few meters from Hout Bay's stunning beach along the paved pedestrian walkway, and also within a short walk of trendy restaurants and shops, No. 14 is in a perfect location. Secure undercover parking, a lift and free membership to the gym and heated swimming pool (www.edgefitness.co.za) are amongst some of the features offered in the complex.

It has an open plan kitchen, a large living/dining area with sliding windows offering some sea and mountain views. Full bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet, plus guest toilet. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and a sofa bed in living area.

Why Michele or Jeanne chose Atlantic Seaboard

We chose Hout Bay as it is still part of Cape Town area but is in a family friendly environment of the village. The apartment block seems idea to us in that it is modern, attractive building, just metres from the beach, good security and car parking and with access to both gym and pool in the complex.

What makes this apartment unique

Although 2 bedrooms the sofa bed provides additional sleeping capacity, the rooms are a good size and very airy providing good space for a large family group.

Just a 25 minute drive from the V & A Waterfront and the iconic table mountain to the north, Hout Bay is also an excellent starting point to explore the southern peninsula, driving along Chapmans Peak drive, arguably one of the world's best ocean drives to visit a variety of superb attractions from whale watching, the penguin sanctuary at Boulders beach and down to Cape Point which is a world heritage site where antelope, zebra, and ostrich roam free.
