Fantastic property fantastic views
Large well equipped property, 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of information booklets to plan your day. There is also a large kitchen with table and chairs. Bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. Sitting room also very spacious with lots of seating and sliding doors leading onto the balcony. Early morning or late at night nothing beats the view spread out in front of you from here. An absolute gem.
A perfect holiday home
A lovely place. Just right for our family. Very comfortable and relaxing. Well situated for a family holiday.
Lovely relaxing base to explore the Isle of Wight
We very much enjoyed our stay here in this very clean and very comfortable home, much assisted by the unbelievable luck of picking the warmest April week for decades! Despite being situated in a residential area it was extremely peaceful, we barely saw another soul the whole time we were there! Great view of the sea and it's passing ships from the lounge and kitchen window. All the rooms were an excellent size and although there was just the three of us, you could accommodate 6 quite comfortably in my view. There is a handy local shop nearby too which you can walk to in about 10 minutes, never seemed to be closed and had pretty much all the basics that you could wish for during your stay. Some great eateries in the small town centre of Seaview and a very relaxed atmosphere down there. Great communication from the very helpful owner Martin and we hope to go back again sometime soon.
4 day stay 12th-15th Feb
Lovely location, great accommodation, nice view and easy access to beach.
I took my 3 grandchildren over hail term. We had great time, accommodation was just right for them especially the 2 year old.
Would love to go again when weather is a little kinder.
Good communication with owners
Homely holiday stay just minutes walk from the beach
This is an excellent location to enjoy the holiday home, beach and coastal walks. There is local bus stop close by so you can have a break from the car and explore the island on bus and foot. For us we would have liked a washing machine instead of a dish washer. Double garage makes fanastic use of a large indoor play area including full size table tennis. Highly recommended.
Lovely Holiday Home
Everything was as we hoped for when booking, a lovely comfortable property with ever changing sea views from the lounge and kitchen. The beds were particularly comfortable, probably the best we have had in many self catering stays.
Parking is no problem and if you want to leave the car it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach at Seagrove Bay and another 10 minutes to the centre of Seaview.
A visit to the Bus Museum in Ryde (free entry) was an unexpected hit on a slightly damp morning.
Martin was very helpful before and after booking, doing everything he said he would without further prompting.
We would have no hesitation in returning again in future.
