The villa is located in one of the quietest areas of this prestigious resort, which is located just 20 minutes from Faro International airport. It has been in the family for over 40 years and is an ideal villa for a family or golfers who wish to play on the excellent golf courses in Vale do Lobo or nearby. The Villa has t been upgraded and has new furniture both inside and outside, has a large landscaped garden and swimming pool, with a wonderful new terrace and BBQ area. Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms together with cable TV ( all channels including Sky) and internet access. Amenities close by include golf, tennis, watersports and a health spa. The Praca is located over the beach and has a large selection of bars and restaurants.

I live in England with my wife and 2 children. My wife and I both work, but spend time at the villa in Vale do Lobo where we can relax and enjoy the golf and tennis with friends and family.

Why James Benson chose Parish of Almancil

The villa was built by my parents in 1971 and has been updated over the years with new kitchen, bathrooms and air conditioning and has been upgraded and has new furniture both inside and outside together with new terrace and BBQ.

I have therefore grown up with the delights of a large garden and pool in one of the quietest areas of the resort and have enjoyed watching my children learn to swim and go on to enjoy the fabulous beaches,sporting facilities and night life of Vale de Lobo!

What makes this villa unique

The villa is only c20 minutes from Faro airport and although the villa is in a quiet area of the resort it 10-15 minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants and bars at the Praca. The golf club is 5 minutes walk and the nearest shops are under 1km.

The real delight of the property is it sits in its own garden with a large pool giving the option of a peaceful holiday but with the options of more activity close by when required. It is also ideal outside of the summer months for those who enjoy the excellent weather and the golf which is available at Vale do Lobo and at a number of other courses nearby.

Lovely 3 bed villa in quiet yet central location

We had a wonderful week in this three bed villa. The villa is comfortably furnished with a large double downstairs being the master with en-suite and two twin rooms upstairs sharing a bathroom. Air conditioned throughout with good tv and entertainment facilities and well equipped kitchen and dining room. However the highlight of this property for me was not the inside but the outside space. The huge plot and many different seating and outside eating areas meant that we were very rarely inside. Probably one of the largest pools we've ever had at a holiday villa and it has a normal rectangular pool shape not kidney or free-form so allowed hours of race opportunities for three teenage boys. Lots of sun umbrellas and loungers for the adults. As the villa is on a no through road it was extremely quiet yet still only a short walk to the Praca and Vale do Lobo beach. If you want an amazingly designed state of the art white box with wall to wall glass and designer seating this is not the place for you. But if you want a great traditionally designed functional family villa which is extremely good value for money I doubt if you could do much better on Vale do Lobo.

Lovely villa, great location.

Our second visit to Casa Sabena and again arrived to a very clean villa.

The location of the villa is ideal for the golf club and supermarket and only a 15 minute stroll down to Praca where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

We mainly dined in as the villa catered for everything we needed and the outside dining area is very pleasant and comfortable.

We did however have a maintenance problem during our stay but this was dealt with immediately.

I would definitely recommend this villa.

A perfect property for a holiday in Vale do Lobo

We have stayed at Casa Sabena on several occasions and find it's an excellent property for a family holiday. The facilities, both in the house and the garden ( pool,BBQ area etc) are first class. It's centrally located for all the nearby activities/restaurants, all within walking distance. The local agencies ensure things like garden maintenance, pool and domestic duties are of a high standard. Altogether this property is one we would be very happy to recommend to anybody interested in staying in this delightful partof the Algarve.

Lovely, well appointed villa

A great location for golfers, beach, walking, cycling (rent bikes from the Vale do Lobo centre). Had a great time celebrating a 70th birthday with friends and family. Super, functional, villa, works well for 3 couples. Visiting in March, we appreciated the heating, but can see everything well set up for hot days. Great neighbourhood, and agents very responsive.

Beautiful Villa in tranquil location

We (3 adults and 1 child) stayed in the Villa at the end of August and had a wonderful relaxing week. The location is great. Vale de Lobo is a quiet golf resort with fantastic restaurants and a beautiful quiet beach. The villa is a short walk (15minutes) from the beach and the supermarket (we had a rental car for comfort). The Villa has two beautiful terraces and we alternated between them depending on where the sun was. The garden was large and surrounds the whole house and is very well maintained. We especially loved the pool and spend most of our time lying under the parasol by the pool. The villa has everything one needs and there wasn't anything we were missing. The service from KG villas was great and they were very friendly. The property was very clean and the maid came during the week to clean as well as the gardener to cut the grass (which grows fast) and the pool maintenance. We had a fantastic time in the villa and will definitely be back.

A well positioned villa with good facilities, ideal for a family stay. Well maintained and ideal for beach,supermarket and golf course! It has a good sized pool,nice BBQ area and excellent internal accommodation. Owner helpful and would certainly recommend this to others.
