We are a semi retired couple and live close to this lovely property. We maintain it to a very high standard. Great flat for 3 adults.
It has two bedrooms with plenty of room. The little town of Surbiton was very cute and the train into the city was right there. Lots of nice resturants and a grocery store were very close by. Martin, the owner was easy to work with and right there when we needed anything. The welcome basket he left for us was greatly appreciate.

Martin the owner was incredibly easy to deal with and welcoming with the food pack he left for us. It's a very neat, simple and warm apartment, and has secure under cover parking. If you want convenience for the station for trains to town, the high street with all the shops you need and access to the river, and buses to Kingston. then it's hard to beat this location. It was such an easy stay.
Wonderful accommodation for London travelers
Our group of 4 found this accommodation a delight. It is comfortable, clean, safe, and a short walk from the train station. There is shopping and food available in the cute downtown just 2 blocks away. I felt as though we were living in suburban London for a week, and am very glad we did not stay in the city or in a chain hotel. We would gladly return, and found the owner Martin to be very responsive and helpful.
Excellent little flat in a charming, quiet areas close to the train stop.
Our daughter is studying at Kingston, which is why we chose this location. The area is delightful, and the flat had everything we needed, was well appointed, and was on a quiet street close to the trains that took us to London. Fine communication with the owners and all around first rate.
A convenient gem with everything you need!
The apartment at Stratton Court was the perfect home base for us for our two week stay. So very convenient to get to Hampton Court and then a 20 minute express ride to Waterloo for trips into London. With all the self catering facilities on hand and the fabulous Mary visiting to freshen up the place it made for an extremely comfortable stay. We discovered Surbiton is a pretty busy place and offers everything you need, all within 5-10 minutes of the apartment front door. Martin was a great host, communicated well and made the extra effort to meet our needs. We'll be back!
A great base for south London
Clean, comfortable apartment with parking. Nearby M&S food, Waitrose and Sainsbury local. Great customer service from Martin. Location very convenient for train to Wimbledon or Waterloo. Walk or bus to Kingston on Thames, hourly boat from there to Hampton Court. Highly recommended.
Nearest station is Surbiton (3 minutes walk away).Used as a film location in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince! Trains every few minutes to London Waterloo Station.
Wimbledon 5 minutes, Clapham Junction 10 minutes, Waterloo 15 minutes.
Gatwick 35 minutes by car or by the fast Gatwick express train.
