About Kev and Lucy
We are an English couple who love Fuerteventura so much so we decided to buy in 2009. We are not able to get over to the Island as often as we hoped and are therefore letting our property for the enjoyment of others.

Why Kev and Lucy chose Corralejo
Having visited a few of the Canary Islands we found that Fuerteventura was less commercialized than the other islands and Corralejo has it all with unspoiled beaches, miles of dunes, a waterpark and old harbour. Seymour Views is in easy walking distance from the towns main strip but is far away enough to be quiet and relaxing. Flights from regional UK airports allow an easy escape route to a sunny Seymour Views.
What makes this Villa unique
Seymour Views is on a residential complex meaning that most of the residents work, leaving the Swimming Pools either empty or very quiet. It is also at the base of a hill making the walk into the Town fairly level. The rear garden is fully enclosed and private with artificial grass and there is a roof top hot tub with fabulous views.

lovely villa peaceful and quiet
the villa was great and had everything you need for a relaxing self catering holiday. On arrival it was lovely and clean the garden was nice and secluded and the hot tub was great. It was a gentle stroll into town where you can find supermarkets to get everything you need and plenty of bars and restaurants you are spoilt for choice. The weather was perfect we went 16 - 23 May and would definitely recommend staying here we both loved it and would like to come again

Kev and Lucy are the perfect hosts. Providing comprehensive information and instructions from the outset. The villa is excellent. Bit of a walk into the centre of Correlejo but it helps with the calories. The Mercadona is really close as are other bars and a british food shop shoukd you want it. The villa has everything you need. Excellent outdoor space, the roof terrace is a sun trap with the added bonys of the hot tub if you want to try to cool down. The pool is very close and virtually deserted during the daytime as most people at work. I would certainly recommend a visit and hope to be back again soon !
This was our third time to Fuerteventura. We were going to rent an apartment but decided to spend a little extra and go for a private villa, and it was well worth it.... A proper kitchen, BBQ, private outdoor space, and the advantage of not having to fight for a sunbed are just some of the advantages.
The villa was extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners even provided milk, tea bags, coffee and a bottle of wine which was great after a long day travelling.
The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to enquiries. We had a small issue (caused by our own stupidity) but this was resolved very quickly.
The villa is an easy 20-25 minute stroll in to the centre of town (perfect to work up an appetite for some of the many fantastic restaurants - return by taxi was only 4 Euros). Casa Domingo (Tapas), Tío Bernabé (Steak), La Marquesina (fish) are some of the places that stood out. If you have a car then lunch at Hotel Rural Mahoh (La Olivia) is a must as it serves some of the best food on the island, if you like authentic Canarian-style cuisine.
There are so many bars to choose from in Corralejo but we ended up most nights in the Jukebox (commercial centre Atlantic) - Great atmosphere though it doesn't get busy before about midnight.

We loved this place it's only a walk away from everywhere and very quiet , we've stayed a couple of times now and are booked in for a couple more ...... We couldn't wish for anywhere nicer
Special interest holidays:
The start of the national park with miles upon miles of sand dunes and beaches is only a 5 minute drive away along with naturist beach
35 minutes drive from the airport (approx 35km). There are a number of car hire companies located within the airport terminal with reasonably priced taxis also being widely available. Car hire is recommended but not essential. Please contact the owners if you require transfer details. There is a local bus service which requires 1 change. Please see the owners website for details of the buses. Corralejo marina includes a ferry terminal for trips to nearby Lanzarote and the Island of Lobos.

The main strip has a variety of restaurants, banks and shops with supermarkets. Baku water park also present which has a weekly market. There is also a large supermarket only 10 mins walk (2 mins drive) from the villa.
Changeover Day: With such a wide range of flights the changeover day is flexible. We would ask that the Villa is vacated by 10:00 hours and it will be available from 14:00 hours on the arrival day. Depending on availability, times are flexible, please contact owners. Notes on prices: The prices quoted are for 7 nights. For additional days please divide the price by 7.
