Apartment in Dartmouth, Devon, England
Mrs Anne Forder
About Mrs Anne Forder
My name is Anne, I have successfully let our apartment for several years. We fell in love with Dartmouth way back in the 1980's! As a family with young children we enjoyed so many wonderful holidays together. Our children are now adults - but we still find that Dartmouth is a favoured destination. We love the little shops, pubs and restaurants. I keep myself busy being a wife, mother, grandmother, School Governor, a Trustee for a Family Support Centre, volunteering in a local secondary school as a Counsellor/Mentor to young people and delivering Relationship and Sex Education lessons. (Emphasis on the relationships)! I love to travel - but you will always find me back in Dartmouth for several weeks in the year. Why not try it yourself - you won't be disappointed.

Why Mrs Anne Forder chose Dartmouth
Above Bayards, is a spacious apartment affording comfortable accommodation for a party of five or just the two of you. The magnificent windows offer a commanding view over the River Dart and out to sea. Overlooking historic Bayards Cove, visitors have been captivated by life on the River Dart, either in the daytime or evening - there is always something to watch and there is something very calming about watching the ebb and flow of the river. The newly fitted bathrooms with wonderful power showers with offer a touch of luxury. There is a small outside Terrace which catches the sunshine for an hour or so around 11.00am - 12.00pm, just nice to be away from all the activity. Above Bayards, is just a few minutes walk into the heart of town and conversely just those few minutes provide quietness in the evening. It's location also offers an excellent base for keen walkers, details of local walks can be obtained at the Tourist Information Office.

Well equipped, clean apartment in a very good location. Any snags sorted quickly and efficiently. Definitely a place to return to.
Above Boyards, Dartmouth
Well appointed apartment with spectacular views of the river enhanced by a huge bay window with bi-fold windows enhancing the fabulous views. Superficially clean and tidy but on closer inspection the bathrooms were dirty and when placing clothes on shelf’s in the wardrobe when I came to wear them they were completely covered in a thick layer of dust. However, this didn’t spoil an otherwise wonderful stay.
The photos of the views don't do it justice! Fabulous views of the Dart estuary and busy waterways. Lots of relaxed seating in a nice spacious apartment, very well equipped for a longer stay if needed. Very close to town and activities. Ideal Dartmouth stop-over
Great location with fabulous views from front windows. Very comfortable flat which was nice to come home to after walking around all day. Lots to see in the area and didn’t have time to do it all. Would love to come back.
Perfect home from home
Good size, great views, got everything we needed really. We have a 4 yr old and it would of been advantageous to of had a DVD player for those down times but a great stay and would be happy to stay again.
Beautiful views and wonderful position to have a lovely getaway in Dartmouth.
The apartment was set up nicely. Only little niggles, bathroom sink drained very slowly and mattresses could be better. ( that may be our age!) overall, loved it!! Would stay again!
