Perfect location close to ski stations, hiking trails and all local amenities

Haus Verona (149 m2), a spacious modern self-catered apartment perfectly located for skiing and hiking. A 10min walk from the main and Gornergrat train stations, and 5 minutes from Sunnegga metro and ski bus departure point. It is in a quiet and residential area with excellent local amenities and only a short walk along the pretty riverside to the bustling resort centre. In a highly elevated position it comfortably sleeps 7/8 people: Two twin rooms, one double room and a 4th room for 1-2 persons. Two bathrooms (bath, shower/WC & shower/WC) and open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is light and comfortable with luxurious modern furnishings, which leads onto the south facing balcony with its' breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and surrounding areas. The apartment is equipped with a plasma television with cable channels, DVD, CD/Radio and Internet connection. Housekeeping, shopping, catering and other services are available on request.

Zermatt Switzerland a skiers and hikers paradise: It offers a stunning panorama of 38 four thousand metre peaks — it's most majestic being the world renowned Matterhorn, which was first conquered in 1865 by the English climber Edward Whymper. Whether you prefer hiking, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding or sledging Zermatt has something for everyone.

313km of marked pistes, 183 of which are in Zermatt, connect to the remaining 130 in Cervina and Valtournanche. Haus Verona (149 m2)is in an elevated position (120 steps) in Zermatt and is perfectly located for skiing, hiking, mountain biking or just walking the many beautiful mountain trails. Just 2 minutes from the local restaurants and only a leisurely 10 minute walk along the riverside to the town centre and all amenities such as ice-skating, shops, cinema and many restaurants and bars. A 5min walk from the apartment to the Sunnegga departure station and free ski bus ensure easy access to all the ski stations where you can quickly be on the slopes. The car free resort of Zermatt is situated at the foot of the Matterhorn in Switzerland and offers access to a ski area of over 400km, connected to Cervinia in Italy. The village is situated at 1560m and with the highest cable car at 3888m it ensures excellent skiing in the winter & great glacier skiing in the summer. A climbers and hikers paradise with 38 peaks over four-thousand metres and breathtaking views Zermatt has something to suit all.

PRICES ARE BASED ON 6 PEOPLE SELF CATERED. PRICES FOR LESS PEOPLE ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.PRICES ARE QUOTED IN SWISS FRANCS. WE DO ACCEPT OTHER CURRENCIES BUT THE EXCHANGE RATE WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. During the winter season we take only weekly bookings. During the summer, off-season and on last minute bookings, special offers & short breaks (min 3 nights) are available. A supplement of CHF150 will be added to short stay bookings.

A deposit payment of 30% of the total rental price is required within 10 days to secure the booking.
The balance payment is to be paid 45 days before the stated arrival date.
Preferred payment method is by bank transfer in Swiss Francs. We also accept credit card payments with a 2.8% surcharge.

*The booking is only valid once the deposit has been received.
