This peaceful rooftop studio (5th floor with a lift) is perfectly placed for those wanting to enjoy the best that the pretty fishing town of Los Cristianos has to offer without the hassle of renting a car or having to walk far. You can see the main beach of Los Cristianos from the doorway. It is a blue flag beach. The port, with all its water sport facilities, fresh fish stands, weekly local produce markets, cultural events, boat trips and ferries to neighbouring islands, is just around the corner. And the town's other beach, Playa las Vistas, is just two blocks away. It is also a Blue Flag beach. Some of the best bars, restaurants and shops are on the very doorstep, but no loud, late nightlife. It is a surprisingly quiet little oasis in the centre of town.

Great location for the beach, bars and restaurants. Good amenities especially the bathroom which looked like it has had a recent upgrade. I was on a short stay of 4 days and met my requirements. The local contact Ignacio was very helpful in providing information.

Great location! Apartment has everything you need!

The apartment was everything we needed for the week. Great size. Lovely welcome pack when we arrived too. Fully equipped kitchen. 1 minute to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again. Thanks

Very nice flat in the centre of everything also the flat had almost everything needed the only thing missing was a bedside cabinet on one side a long mirror also would be good to have something better than the curtains in between the bedroom and kitchen also to have a couple of chairs to take to the beach other than that the only things I found wrong was toilet drip/ a light switch in the main room was a bit loose and the safe didn’t work but I did bring these to the attention of Sharon and she said they would get sorted but overall the stay was very pleasent and organised and was very nice to receive a welcome pk really appreciated that would def stay again as was really nice and quiet

This lovely, air conditioned penthouse studio is right by the beach and all the best restaurants and amenities in Los Cristianos. We walk everywhere. Level access, pedestrianised. No walking up the hill in Los Cristianos to get back to your flat for lunch or supper! It's so convenient, we often nip down for a quick swim before breakfast or at dusk. Our lovely housekeeper keeps it immaculate, and our handyman regularly paints and refurbishes it, to ensure it's just right for your holiday. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
