About Malcolm Goode
Malcolm & Tracey are our names & we built our house in 2010 and recently married in 2012. We live next door so are available anytime if anything is needed however because of the layout of the property you won't see us at all.
Malcolm Goode purchased this Apartment in 2010
Why Malcolm Goode chose Arklow
It's a beautiful location close to the beach & only a ten minute walk into the historic fishing town of Arklow where you'll find an array of pubs & restaurants which also hosts several festivals every year. Arklow is just off the N11 offering easy access to Dublin to the north and Wexford to the south which is linked by ferry ports or airports.
What makes this Apartment unique
Close access to several beaches as the property is on the coast road and Ballymoyle Hill is only a ten minute drive away offering a magnificent walk & panoramic views of the town and the eastern coastline. Arklow itself is very close to the picturesque village of Avoca and Glendalough. the area has several golf courses and plenty of fishing opportunities in the area.

Perfect Property for 2 in a great location
Loved this property. Great location just on the outskirts of Arklow but you can walk in to town to enjoy the amenities. Offers lovely peace and quiet with just the sound of the cows and birds. Premises kitted out with everything you could need, including a great DVD library and a selection of books to choose from. Plenty of parking and great hosts that welcome you, show you around the place and are on hand should you need anything. We will definately be returning.
Had a great time
Beautiful apartment and beautiful area, but disappointed at having to pay electricity in coin meter, I paid 180euros to stay but didn’t expect to have to pay electricity on top of that but overall had a great weekend
Beautiful homely apartment with all mod cons
We arrived later than expected and were greeted on arrival by Malcolm. He very quickly got us checked in and showed us around the very clean and presentable apartment. There was some essential supplies already there. We were left to our own devices and only needed to call on Malcolm once.
We felt very at home. It was warm and comfortable. The area was nice and quiet so we managed to get a good night sleep each night.
We would highly recommend Knocknadrimna for a stay and we will be sure to return in the very near future.
Thank you Malcolm and Tracey for your hospitality.
Relaxing stay at peaceful unit.
I had a great stay at Knocknadrimna. The one bedroom apartment had everything I needed to self cater for the 5 nights I stayed, and the supermarket is 5 mins down the road. Fast internet and the central heating was great, never too hot or too cold. The location is very private and on a quiet road, and it was nice being woken by the cattle lowing in the morning. Great base to explore the Wicklow mountains and coast from.
Clean, spacious apartment with everything we needed for a lovely holiday
We had a super holiday and would definitely visit again. The apartment is in a beautiful location, conveniently situated fairly close to Arklow's facilities, but far enough away to be peaceful and secluded. The area around is stunning, with loads of fantastic places to visit. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Malcolm and Tracy for their hospitality.
Nice apartment but I would not do it again with 2 small children
A nice apartment with many books and dvd 's for rainy days or long evenings (we had nice weather, so we concentrated on Arklow, Wicklow Mountains and a day trip to Great Saltee Island (Wexford)).
Hich chair and travel cot were in order. We did not realize before our trip that there was one bed room (in the search engine our selection was based on two adults, a child and a baby, so we did expect more room for them).
Everything was clean and communication with Malcolm was good. Thank you for staying there.
