  • The apartment has two bedrooms. The main double bed 1.50 x 2.00 with excellent mattress, two bedside tables with lamps and headboard each design in birch wood and frosted glass. Large window overlooking the terrace, in lacquered aluminum corrosion with glazing windows, providing light and silence, has advantages that the entire house. Closet high capacity and quality with sliding doors finished in wood with split trunk, hanging rail and drawers. A wonderful holiday !!

We stayed here for our honeymoon with our little two year old. We chose Denia as it was near to our parents' villa. Eduardo and Juana are so helpful and friendly and we were so touched that they even sent us well wishes on our wedding day.

In the end our parents weren't able to join us which meant we had no childcare. Eduardo and Juana solved our problem for us and we had the fortune of a friend of theirs to help us out so we could have a break. Olga was so helpful and even took us to the shops when we arrived as we were so late! We felt so looked after and the apartment's location is so perfect for the beach and the town. We had a fabulous holiday and we can't wait to return next year !

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. It felt like a real home from home. It had every comfort & amenity we could want. We spent many hours on the terrace which was large and very well equipped and we made extensive use of the Wifi which was fast and reliable. The secure communal parking garage was also a real bonus. The location was great. A few minutes walk to the beach and local shops & restaurants (there is a Nepali/Indian restaurant just around the corner which should not be missed) or a stroll of about 20 minutes to the Marina area. Eduardo & Juana could not have been more helpful. They provided plenty of very useful information about Denia & the local area and the arrival & departure arrangements were faultless. Definitely recommended if you’re looking to stay in Denia.

All was very good

Очень доброжелательные хозяева и замечательные апартаменты.

Переписываться и заказывать стали заранее.

Все было четко оговорено, прислан контракт.

Перед приездом нам выслали много полезной информации о самой Дении.

По приезду встретили, все показали и рассказали - спасибо Ольге.

Единственное - не повезло с погодой, но это уже ...

Сами апартаменты - есть все, что нужно для беззаботного отдыха - удобные кровати, кухня, ТВ, игровая приставка, стиралка и посудомойка, а главное - замечательный двор с бассейном и джакузи.

Было удобно и уютно и нам и детям.

Great apartment for our family

We stayed in the apartment from 13.09.14 - 20.09.14.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly lady called Olga who answered all our questions regarding the ins and outs of the apartment. The apartment is very clean, modern and has all the facilities what you require for a week on holiday.

It is located roughly 5 mins from a nice large sandy beach. This made our life a lot easier as our 3 year old son loved the short walk with the reward of the sea and beach at the end.

We ate at the harbour, which is 20 minutes walk away or there are a few restaurants within 5 minutes which are also really nice. The Indian Restaurant just around the corner is one of the best curries I have had in a long time.

Eduardo and family are very helpful and will assist in anything you require. Due to their help we didn't really need to use any tourist information or local assistance. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to experience warm seas, long sandy beaches and a less busy destination in the summer.

A lovely family holiday

This is a really good quality apartment with excellent service, excellent pre-arrival information being offered by the owner and exactly as it was described on the webside. We were welcomed by Olga the very nice caretaker and shown round, and found the apartment very clean and comfortable. Olga even came out on a sunday when we weren't sure how to operate one of the door locks! The apartment is quite close to the city centre, about 20 mins walking distance I would guess though we never actually walked it, with a regular bus service just up the road. A large super market is nearby within walking distance and a nice stretch of beach is also very close by. The pool was fantastic and clean. The neightbours in the surrounding aparments were all spanish and though we did not speak much spanish and therefore did not mingle, there was a friendly vibe, everyone polite and respectful. At night it was nice and quiet. Olga gave us a taxi lift back to the airport which was a nice and stressfree ending to a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

Perfect apartment in beautiful town

We have been lucky enough to travel the world and stay in a whole range of accommodation, but our holiday in Denia staying in this excellent apartment was really exceptional. It was so lovely to come across a town with plenty of attractions to keep a young family entertained and stay in first class accommodation.

The apartment is excellently located. It is a short stroll to the beach and the complex it is in is immaculately maintained. The apartment itself is very well equipped. The kitchen has excellent facilities, the beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of storage space for your luggage and there is a choice of dining inside or outside on the terrace. Its corner plot lends itself to having a fantastic sized terrace which catches the sun and is a great place to unwind. It is a very clean and modern apartment that includes air con and high speed WIFI. Dealing with Olga, Eduardo and Juana was a pleasure before, during and after our visit. They are all very warm kind people.

Denia itself has lots to get involved with. There are lots of places to eat and drink and take a walk. The beaches have a boardwalk if you don’t fancy getting your feet sandy and the port is huge and home to some very pretty boats. We loved the castle and cycled around the town most days, there are lots of routes to explore on bike or foot.

Overall we would highly recommend this apartment and its location. To find a gem such as this apartment in a market that is full of rental properties is very special and we will definitely return.
