Located in little Pueblo Jerez, on the eastern side of Nerja, this villa is very spacious and offers peaceful and relaxing accommodation while being close to all the necessary amenities, making for a carefree holiday.
There is a large, very well stocked supermarket, just 2 minutes walk away, that includes a bakery and fish counter, and has excellent fresh produce. It also has a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. It is just a 5 minute walk to the tennis and padel club where there is daily Happy Hour, and a good and reasonably priced menu.
Hotel Los Arcos is also very close, with a daily Happy Hour, and excellent restaurant.
Our agent is British and lives close by, if any urgent problems occur during your stay.
There is lots of outside space for relaxing, including balconies to both ensuite bedrooms, two terraces from the open plan living area, private walled gardens and pool area.
There is parking available immediately outside the property, in the road.
The entrance is via a lockable gate, and the front door is on the same level. It opens straight into the open plan living area which is very light and spacious, with comfortable settees, dining table and chairs, flat screen television (cable, including UK terrestrial channels). WIFI available. Two sets of sliding doors open onto two terraces, one of which has views over a lush green valley that runs down towards to the sea. There is terrace furniture for al fresco dining, and relaxing.
From the side terrace, steps lead down to the pool and gardens.
The open plan kitchen is very well equipped.
Stairs lead up to the light and spacious landing, and there are two ensuite bedrooms. The double bedded room had a large terrace with seating, that overlooks the pool, with views to the valley and down to the sea, and to the side, the Almijara mountains (natural park) may be seen. The bed is king size, and there are large mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hanging space.
There is a safe for storage of valuables. Hairdryer available.
The ensuite bathroom includes toilet, bidet, bath with overhead shower, large vanitory unit with lit mirror above, plenty of storage for toiletries.
The second bedroom has two single beds, and large mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. There is a balcony that is completely enclosed with railings, making it very safe for children. It overlooks the front garden, and has views to the Almijara mountains.
The ensuite bathroom includes toilet, shower cubicle with overhead shower, large vanitory unit with lit mirror above, and plenty of storage space for toiletries.
The open plan living area, and both bedrooms have air conditioning, and these units are heaters during the cooler months.
Outside, there is a pretty front garden with lawned area and flower borders. Wide steps (19) to the side of the villa, lead down to further gardens and the pool. There are olive, lemon and orange trees.
(Oranges are usually ripe and ready for picking November-March)
The pool is very attractive, being kidney shaped and lined with sapphire blue tiles. It measures approximately 10 metres in length, and 5 metres at the widest point, so a good swim can be had. The shallow end is approximately 1 metre deep, and the deep end is approximately 2 metres deep. It is surrounded by astroturf which is very soft underfoot, and completely nonslip, making it very safe for both little and big feet. There is a poolside shower. Life ring available. There are sun loungers, large sun parasol, table and chairs, around the pool.
The pool area receives sun throughout the day, and early evening.
There is garden and poolside lighting, which make it very pleasant and attractive for balmy summer evenings.
