Absolutely ideal position

Its 150 yards to the beach and restaurants and bars, also your next to the zig zag for going into town, whats not to like, we do and will stay there again

A Perfect Beachside Apartment

I cannot recommend Tracy as a host highly enough. All correspondence was answered within hours and she could not have been more helpful. Situated just 150 metres from Burriana beach, the apartment is perfectly bijou and is equipped with everything you would need for the duration of your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and will definitely book again.

Long term rental search in Nerja

Firstly I applaud Tracy the owner for her explicit directions to the property for any persons not knowing the area and her attention to any issues we had during our 2 week stay.However we did think that the photos a little deceptive in as much the focal point of the property is the pool which is not attached to the property as some may initially think but situated on the other side of the road. We also found the 32 steep steps down to the entrance of the property including the step up from the pavement a bit difficult to manage especially with suit cases and no hand rail apart from the wall to assist ones balance. On reflection we found the property a bit dated and in need of some improvements.Together with the modest furnishing and extremely small bathroom we feel that the rental charged per night charged was excessive and improvements were needed to make a 2 week stay comfortable. I add that there are other properties in the area listed at more reasonable rentals and better located to services and shops.

Excellent property located close to Burriana beach

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment while visiting Nerja. Very close to the beach and about a 10 min walk to Balcon de Europa. Well equipped, clean and a good size for 2. Beds comfy but a little short for my 6ft 4 partner. Lots of helpful info provided. And a quick return of the security deposit - much appreciated !

Great apartment in a fabulous spot of Nerja

We had a wonderful 4 days in Tracy’s apartment in Nerja. The location was perfect for restaurants and bars. Lovely stroll down to the beach but I couldn’t get my kids out of the pool. The photos of the pool don’t do it justice, it was a great size, really clean and hardly anyone else there. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Tracy was really helpful and sent us lots of information and was contactable whilst we were there. Would definitely book it again.
