Very nice property, quiet location

Owners very nice, property lovely, location very close to beach and pool. 4 minute drive to supermarkets and shops. Torrox market great. Overall a very pleasant stay, just wish it could have been longer.

Tres agreable séjour a torrox costa.

Bien accueillis,Monique et josé sont très avenant et sympa,maison superbe.Equipement très complet,terrasse avec vue**** calme et repos.La region est très belle,Centrale pour visiter l Andalousie et ses trésors. Merci pour ces moments de bonheur. Colette et Christian .

Bonne impression générale

Le bien correspond tout à fait au descriptif posté sur le site

Piscine à partager mais pas trop bondée donc assez agréable

La plage à 5 min à pied

Par contre peu de commerces à proximité donc nécessité absolue d'avoir une voiture

Un wifi présent mais pas en suffisance pour une famille avec ado mais possibilité d'augmenter le débit moyennant une somme modique de 20 euros

Schöne und ruhige Lage in Strandnähe

Geräumige Ferienunterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern.

Für zwei Paare oder eine Familie mit zwei Kindern gut geeignet. Die sehr saubere Reihenhauswohnung befindet sich in einer schön angelegten kleinen Urbanisation nur etwa 300 m vom langen Strand entfernt. Sie liegt etwas erhöht oberhalb der Nationalstrasse 340, Straßengeräsche sind dort jedoch nicht zu hören. Auf der Terasse kann man Abends entspannt bequem mit vier Personen den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, die voll ausreichend für eine Selbstversorgung sind. Wir waren allerdings meistens Abends zum Essen aus, wobei vier Restaurants am Strand in nicht mehr als 10 Minuten füßläufig zu erreichen sind. Bis zur großen Strandprommenade in Torrox Costa sind es dann allerdings schon 35 Minuten, so dass sich ein Mietwagen empfielt, auch wenn man nicht nur einen Strandurlaub machen sondern Andalusien näher kennen lernen will.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets bemüht für alles erforderliche zu sorgen. Die Verständigung klappte sehr gut über Handy (Whatsup und e-mail). Die Wohnung selbst ist mit mobilem WLAN ausgestatt. Insgesamt haben wir uns während des Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt.

Als kleines Manko ist anzuführen, dass die Wohnung nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügt, so dass es an heißen Tagen einer guten Belüftung bedarf. In allen Zimmern sind jedoch Ventilatoren vorhanden.

Nous aimerions que tous nos hôtes soient comme eux. Ce couple d'Allemands, très cultivé et désireux de connaître le patrimoine culturel andalou, a su profiter de la bonne situation géographique et climatique de notre maison. Nous sommes en train d'améliorer la maison pour la rendre de plus en plus agréable afin que nos vacanciers se sentent complètement à l'aise. Monique et José-Miguel
