Utility room: Washing Machine, Fridge with freezer, Dyson handheld vacuum, iron and ironing board.

Living rooms: Grand Salon comprises living/dining. Extendable table to seat 10. Living area with two large linen covered sofas and ottomans. Fireplace with working wood fire. Large wall mounted television with apple TV, DVD and Sonos music system. There is a second sitting area - Petit Salon which also has sofa and TV, and a third down stairs again with Sofa bed and TV/Gaming console. There is also a seperate WC downstairs and Utility room.

Other: Wifi throughout house and outside by pool. Two further living areas or studies with televisions, DVD and xbox. Table tennis, weber BBQ. The house has air conditioning in all rooms.

Outside: The garden has outdoor tables and chairs and a covered pergola at the pool. There are six loungers. The pool is on the lower level, a few steps below the house level. The pool is approximately 4.5m x 9m. There is a boules court below the pool and a boules set is available. The house is fenced and gated with good security, CCTV and alarm and is very private.

Coast/beach 8 minutes walk to L'Escalet beach or 4 minutes by car. Many small beaches accessed from here. Pampelonne Beach - 7-8 mins by car depending on where you go. Gigaro beach is 15-20 minutes.

Golf: Gassin - a private golf course ins 12 minutes away. Beauvallon Golf course - Approx 15-20 mins - open to the public. Sainte Maxime Golf course - Approx 30 mins - open to public. St Endreol - approx 1hr - open to the public.

How to get here _ Nice airport is between 1:15-1:45mins depending on traffic. Toulon/Hyeres is approx 1hr. Marseille is 2 hrs away and Calais is an 11 hour drive by car.

Distances: Saint Tropez is about 6km and Ramatuelle 4km. Beach restaurants between 1-6km.

Further details: There is a wonderfully stocked stocked Spar, with butcher, fishmonger , bakery and Vegetable stall 3 mins away by car. Open April - End of October. A little further is Laurent Primeurs a very premum food hall.

Reservations are a minimum of one week. A 50% deposit is taken to secure the booking and the balance 1 month before arriving.
