This fabulous apartment is a great place to spend your vacation. ‘Les Doges’ is part of a larger private complex (Le Lido) in a gated residence set in a range of beautiful private gardens. ' Les Doges' consists of two of the smaller apartment blocks set in an 'L' shape around their own private pool.

The apartment has a large, 20+ square metre, sun-drenched terrace overlooking the pool and gardens with a glimpse of the sea beyond the trees. It is within easy walking distance of a range of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and markets along the promenade. The authentic little fishing port, beach cafe and additional restaurants are easily reached via an underpass direct from the residence. The cities of Nice, Cannes & Monaco are all within easy reach on the bus for just 1 Euro, as are a number of mountain villages.

The owners have 2 apartments next door to each other. Each has a different character and layout. They are available for rental separately or together (see #437652).

As good as last rear - no- BETTER!

Some say that it is best not to go back to an apartment you visited and enjoyed the year before as it can never be the same - well in this case that is so not true. We enjoyed ourselves so much last year we decided to return and were not disappointed - the apartment was absolutely spotless and the owner seems to have thought of everything - even down to the spare lightbulbs. Thanks to Nicky for arranging transport and help during our stay and to Lynne for managing the booking - we hope to return in 2017!

Beautiful Apartment & Location

Absolutely beautiful apartment with a large terrace overlooking the pool in a fabulous complex Perfect location and close to all amenities transport, restaurants, beach etc. We were met on arrival by a lovely Girl Nicky who was so helpful and went through everything we needed to know about the apartment, complex and the surrounding area. From booking the apartment to day we were leaving everything was just so straight forward and hassle free. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Thank you so much Lynn & Nicky for making our holiday so enjoyable and We will definitely be returning next year.

Absolutely fabulous

This apartment was so perfect for us we intend going back next year. It is in a private complex and we were given three keys - one to access the complex, one to access the apartment block and one for the apartment itself so you feel very secure. The apartment was lovely, the locals very friendly and the area had everything we needed. Thanks to Lynn for arranging the stay and Nicola for seeing us in and being ever so helpful.

The apartment is well stocked, clean and modern with everything you need, it has a sunny balcony with a view over the private pool, which at times we had to ourselves sometimes. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

The perfect base on the cote d'Azur

Very well maintained residence everything you could wish for. Perfect in every way close to all amenities and transport links stones throw from the promenade and the wonderful cote d'Azur .Great comms from the owners and fantastic in resort help from Nicola. Holiday in July 2011

We have just spent a wonderful 2 weeks at these apartments having rented both of them four our family group. The area of Cros de Cagnes is somewhere we know very well, and these apartments , are certainly the best and most prestigious in the locality. Both apartments are extremely well appointed and beautifully furnished, but also homely and comfortable.

Marion's agent, Sheila, was extremely pleasant and helpful and made it clear that she was available at all times, for any problems.

The local area is beautiful, with a stunning coastline and many interesting places to visit. It is very easy to access Antibes, Cannes and Nice either by road, rail or the local bus for 1 Euro. It also makes for a very relaxing holiday to potter about in the local shops and cafes of Cros de Cagnes so something for everyone really.

I would certainly recommend the local restaurants. We also had Sunday lunch in St Paul de Vence and sat next to someone famous (not allowed to say who on website) but very exciting!

We had such a fantastic holiday, that we have already booked again for next year.

Fabulous family holiday

We have just returned from a weeks stay and what a fabulous week it was. The apartment was fantastic, it is close to the station so we had some great days out to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and Monaco. It is perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants and shops ( particularly a great boulangerie and patisserie with a huge choice of freshly made breads, pastries and cakes). The apartment was clean and spacious with a big balcony over looking the pool. The pool was clean and never overcrowded and provided either the perfect way to cool off after a days sightseeing or just a nice place to relax and for the children to play.

It was really easy to book and any questions we had were answered by Marion prior to arrival or by Sheila who was there to meet us on when we got there.

We truly had a fabulous holiday and I would highly recommend this apartment.

The dry climate and warmer weather make Cagnes Sur Mer a great destination for Golfers. The Cote d'Azur has a golfing tradition hard to find anywhere else. The area has twenty seven courses with nineteen open all year. What better place to enjoy your Golf surrounded by fantastic scenery and of course the Club Houses are great too - typically with good Restaurants perfect for Golf Widows and Widowers!

Ski: With 120 km of pistes, the southern Alpine resort of Isola 2000 has the reputation of being both one of the sunniest ski resorts in France, one of the coldest, and also one of those that gets most snow.

Damp winter winds off the Mediterranean can dump large quantities of snow on the high peaks of the southern Alps, while the northern Alps get little or nothing. The resort is a classic 1970s development, lying at an average altitude of 2000 metres - rising to 2,600 metres.

This resort is just an hour and a half by car from the Riviera, and is therefore popular with people living in Nice and the surrounding area. It is also possible to get a bus direct to the resort for just a few Euros return.
